He even arranged for us to have a delivery dinner there! The place is located just off San Ginesio walled town, is super neat and clean. The atmosphere was great and breakfast delicious, with a lot of options to choose from and homemade tarts..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most beautiful locations we have ever stayed at. In the middle of the Marche hills. Absolutely amazing, we spent 50€ a night and I can't recall a better value for money stay ever!
A renovated countryhome with big rooms and excellent breakfast. We will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: This is a must if you are travelling through the region! We arrived quite a bit later than expected and Mauro, the owner, had patiently waited for us and he was so kind and friendly, despite us being very tired and showing up late. The house is beautiful and is exceptionally clean and spacious. It is worthwhile to spend some time admiring all the different decorations and paintings throughout the house. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and the breakfast was also greatly appreciated. If you are on a road trip, I'd recommend speaking with Mauro about places to visit!. Negative: Nothing! We wish we could have stayed longer!.
