★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un vecchio casolare di campagna finemente ristrutturato, situato in una zona collinare sul fiume Tenna, a pochi km da Amandola. Dalla terrazza ove è possibile consumare i pasti si gode di una splendida vista panoramica, o rivolta verso il lago di S. Ruffino oppure verso Amandola e il monte Vettore. L'ambiente è informale e il gestore è estremamente gentile e affabile. Gli ambienti sono puliti e ben curati. Soggiorno assolutamente consigliato. Visitato nell'estate del 2017.
It is an old farmhouse finely restored, located in a hilly area on the Tenna river, a few km from Amandola. From the terrace where meals can be enjoyed, there is a splendid panoramic view, or facing the lake of S. Ruffino or towards Amandola and Mount Vettore. The environment is informal and the manager is extremely kind and affable. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Stay absolutely recommended. Visited in the summer of 2017.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni nella splendida Casa Friano. Manfred è un padrone di casa attento, generoso e simpatico,... unico direi!!Ci ha fatti sentire subito a nostro agio, ha preparato abbondanti e deliziose colazioni consumate sul terrazzo con una spettacolare vista sulle colline circostanti e sul lago di San Ruffino,ci ha messo a disposizione la cucina,preso in custodia la bicicletta e consigliato su cosa vedere nei dintorni. Intorno alla casa vi sono tavoli e sedie sia all'ombra che al sole ,una piscina e sdraio per rilassarsi nella pace più assoluta. Da lì siamo andati alla scoperta del territorio, Amandola, i Monti Sibillini,le gole dell'Infernaccio, le Lame Rosse ed il lago di Fiastra, la fioritura delle lenticchie di Castelluccio ed abbiamo visto una terra affascinante ma ancora profondamente ferita dal terremoto che più di una volta ci ha fatto venire un nodo in gola e che bisogna vedere di persona per tentare di capire cos'ha vissuto. A Manfred ed al suo b&b diamo 5 stelle , ma ne meriterebbero 10 !! Auf wiedersehen! Paola e Enrico.
We spent a few days in the splendid Casa Friano. Manfred is an attentive, generous and friendly host, ... I would say only !! He made us feel immediately at ease, he prepared abundant and delicious breakfasts consumed on the terrace with a spectacular view of the surrounding hills and Lake San Ruffino , put the kitchen at our disposal, took the bicycle into custody and advised us on what to see in the surroundings. Around the house there are tables and chairs both in the shade and in the sun, a swimming pool and deck chairs to relax in absolute peace. From there we went to discover the territory, Amandola, the Sibillini Mountains, the gorges of Infernaccio, the Lame Rosse and Lake Fiastra, the flowering of the Castelluccio lentils and we saw a fascinating land but still deeply wounded by the earthquake that most once it made us come up with a lump in our throats and that we have to see for ourselves to try to understand what he experienced. We give 5 stars to Manfred and his b & b, but they deserve 10 !! Auf wiedersehen! Paola and Enrico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un B&b che difinirei meraviglioso, adatto agli amanti della pace e della tranquillità; dalla terrazza si gode di un panorama splendido sul lago San Ruffino e sulle colline intorno. Manfred è una persona molto gentile, attenta ad ogni esigenza ed in grado di creare aggregazione tra gli ospiti. Camera molto pulita ed accogliente, bagno nuovo con un'ottima doccia. Pet Friendly
A B & b that I would call wonderful, suitable for lovers of peace and tranquility; from the terrace you can enjoy a splendid view of Lake San Ruffino and the surrounding hills. Manfred is a very kind person, attentive to every need and able to create aggregation among guests. Very clean and cozy room, new bathroom with a great shower. Pet Friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per chi ama la pace, la tranquillità, la cordialità del proprietario Manfred con la sua eccezionale colazione in terrazza dove puoi godere della vista sui Sibillini, sul lago Ruffino e tanto altro. Disponibile anche una cucina in comune e questo mi sembra un ottimo riguardo nei confronti degli ospiti. Pulizia perfetta. Che dire! Tornerò sicuramente
For those who love peace, tranquility, the friendliness of the owner Manfred with his exceptional breakfast on the terrace where you can enjoy the view of the Sibillini Mountains, Lake Ruffino and much more. There is also a shared kitchen and this seems to me a great respect for the guests. Perfect cleaning. What to say! I will definitely be back
