Excellent structure, exceptional quality and courtesy, what to say more! The apartments are well furnished and equipped as well as very clean, a holiday to be redone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto gradevole struttura molto accogliente, la pulizia scarseggia molto appartamento dispersivo e freddo....idromassaggio vecchio e rotto....offrono la prima colazione se te la prepari e tutto confezionato pessima! Non la consiglio....ci vuole amore x gestire certi posti,non mirare ai numeri cosa dichiarata apertamente dalla proprietaria! PESSIMO
Place lovely hotel very welcoming, very clean apartment is scarce and dispersed the cold tub .... old and broken .... offer breakfast if you prepare and all the packaged bad! I do not recommend it .... it takes love to manage certain places, not aim at the numbers what the owner declared openly! BAD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella la struttura...anche se prendendo la suite mi aspettavo una stanza lussuosa..invece era un mini appartamento,normalissimo,la televisione che tra l'altro non abbiamo potuto utilizzare perché non si vedevano i canali. Molto distante da ogni cosa. Non la consiglio per chi ha intenzione di uscire dalla struttura.
Beautiful structure ... even if taking the suite I was expecting a luxurious room .. instead it was a mini apartment, normal, the television that among other things we could not use because we could not see the channels. Very far from everything. I do not recommend it for those who intend to leave the facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura molto curata, con camere ampie e ottimamente rifinite. L'area è molto tranquilla, ideale come "base" per esplorare i bellissimi borghi del Piceno come Offida, Montalto Marche, Montedinove ... Consigliato!
Very well-kept structure, with large and well-finished rooms. The area is very quiet, ideal as a "base" for exploring the beautiful villages of the Piceno such as Offida, Montalto Marche, Montedinove ... Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, the house is not located as stated on google map. It is not in the wood but well along a provincial road. Flanking the house is a garage, most probably the reason why the owner placed the house more in the wood then normally dued... concerning the appartment itself, we can say that cleanliness is not what they are good at, dust and spider webs in all corners! The quality of the furniture is sufficient, such as the available space. Sad thing, only a few glasses available, why then to provide a dishwasher if we are not able to fill it? Also to mention, airco not working.Concerning the atmosphere "sinfonia del bosco" is suggesting a very quiet place, well, the whole day you are granted from the noise of the garage and their compressors for painting. Once the activity at the garage stops around 7PM, it is time to start to cut the grass,... to avoid providing a noise free atmoshpere. A bit sad if you plan to eat on the terrasse, all tables except the one for grill are located near the garage.
Swimming pool is ok.
As a summary we can nevertheless say that the appartment is not bad, if you do not mind having a bit of noise in the surroundings (we are coming from the countryside and were looking for a quiet place such as the name was suggesting). A few details would need to be solved by the owner (more glasses and kitchen tools in general, airco repair, some lightbulb replacement and a bit of cleaning).
