A fronte di una richiesta di assistenza per mancanza segnale satellitare, in un primo momento ha ipotizzato la necessita’ di cambiare materiale ritenuto difettoso.
Di fronte all’evidenza che con la stessa parabola un’altra utenza riceveva perfettamente il segnale, ha risolto il problema ripristinando un settaggio errato del decoder e richiesto 50€ per la chiamata e 30€ per un fantomatico miglioramento del segnale, senza produrre peraltro alcuna ricevuta di avvenuto pagamento.
