Oggi sono stata contattata telefonicamente da un “corriere” gls zona Ancona davvero molto spocchioso e maleducato, il quale mi ha attaccata in malo modo, insultandomi più volte, perchè, a suo dire, non compariva il cognome del destinatario sul citofono(cosa non vera). Mi ha ordinato di scendere per prendere il pacco, peccato che il destinatario era mio fratello, che abita in un’altra cittadina. Quando gli ho dato indicazioni su dove lasciare il pacco, mi ha risposto che lui mi ha chiamato “non per divertirsi”(non capisco l’esternazione davvero molto acida). Tra l’altro mentre mi scusavo per l’averlo disturbato di chiamarmi, mi ha buttato giù il telefono. Davvero pessimo servizio, e pessima immagine per l’azienda. I dipendenti maleducati e irrispettosi vanno redarguiti e sanzionati, spero prendiate provvedimenti.

Inaccettabile, dovreste venire a ritirare un pacco in zona Loreto oggi e la fascia oraria indicata è dalle 15 alle 18 e voi siete passati alle 14:00 senza preavviso di alcun tipo, il corriere sosteneva di aver ragione ad essere arrivato prima perché gli era più comodo a lui, MA NON A ME, il pacco non era ancora pronto e nonostante tutto il corriere si è rifiutato di aspettare e ora mi siete anche venuti a dire che la prossima volta che passerete a ritirare il pacco è il 7 aprile, 2 settimane, ma scherziamo?!, dopo che non sapete fare neanche il vostro lavoro riuscite anche a far aspettare altre 2 settimane. VERGOGNA. Spero rimedierete a breve

Il pacco doveva essere in consegna il 26/01. Di giorno in giorno la consegna viene posticipata. Arriviamo al 31/01: il corriere chiama per avere la geolocalizzazione, richiesta strana ma - uno pensa - finalmente il pacco è in arrivo. Dopo diverse ore di attesa, richiamo il corriere, il quale dice che il pacco è rimasto in sede e verrà consegnato poi... E da tracking risulta che ero assente alla seconda consegna, quando non hanno mai effettuato nemmeno la prima... Un servizio scandaloso, devo dire che non ho mai avuto buone esperienze con GLS, ma stavolta hanno superato sé stessi in peggio.
The package was to be delivered on 26/01. Delivery is postponed from day to day. We arrive at 31/01: the courier calls to get the geolocation, a strange request but - one thinks - finally the package is on its way. After several hours of waiting, I call the courier, who says that the package has remained in place and will be delivered later ... And from tracking it appears that I was absent on the second delivery, when they never even made the first ... outrageous service, I must say I have never had good experiences with GLS, but this time they outdid themselves for the worse.

Worse than useless, not less than 3 occasions failed to deliver a package. On one occasion I collected package .Drivers economic with the truth about delivery. Called to office today after receiving an email about failed delivery.They contacted driver who claimed 2 delivery attempts ,my wife and I in all day on both days.Driver said who would deliver late afternoon, no show again....don't bother trying to contact them by phone automated Bot service mission impossible.Dont send your packages by GLS they never arrive in my experience

Good morning.. My opinion for Ancona gls is very bad.. I have ordered 2times in online firts time they putted my product down my building without any calls or informing mi..i have paid 72 euro for this product.. And second time they came to my house as same without informing or calling.. I emailed them to coming aftar 4.30pm bcaz i of my job time..they maked the same as they do and then when i went to their office they told mi they have returned back the product to the company whome i bought.. I dont know about the others but i m sorry to say their service is very bad.
