Uno : non me lo hai ancora chiesto; Due : replico affermando che potrei anche fornire il codice della “GARANTITA (RACCOMANDATA)” .... Tre: il tipo replica che non può rilasciare informazioni devo recarmi in azienda con documento di riconoscimento!!!!!!!! Ma non avrò mica chiamato la NASA!!!! Se ti chiamo magari è perché mi hai rilasciato tu una cartolina di mancata consegna !!!! Ps: tienti pure la “GARANTITA” perché per quanto mi riguarda ti garantisco che non vorrò neanche dare un volto ad una voce così sgarbata !!!! Non è possibile che una ricevuta di ritorno possa far ritorno dopo ben 12 gg tra l'altro spedita nella stessa città e per giunta dopo mio sollecito telefonico! Non mi rivolgerò mai più a questo servizio privato di poste. If I could give 0 stars I would! Parlando della mia esperienza ,il pacco di natale inviato molto prima non e mai arrivato.Solo per il cartone mi e stato chiesto di pagarlo e pensate che non era un cartone col ,marchio della ditta ma un cartone reciclato dalla strada o da qualche supermercato.Dopo un mese finalmente dove neanche riescono na rintracciare il pacco e finalmente mi hanno rimborsato se cosi si puo dire.Il rimborso e stato di 16 euro in base al peso dicono loro ma secondo voi se pago un pacco 60 euro solo di spedizione potro mai spedire solo sedici euro di roba.La roba spedita andrebbe scritta e certificata cosi in caso di smarrimento si puo avere un pieno rimborso.
