D	Diana Elena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non poso dire altro,cafoni e maleducati.Sono sempre in viaggio e allora lascio il numero di cellulare come contatto x chiamarmi(non lascio sempre il campanello)Dopo 15 min dalla consegna mi trovo messaggi su whatsapp con apprezzamenti volgari e tanto altro.Ho chiamato la sede per reclamare questa cosa e la ragazza dice di essere contenta per i complimenti,ma può farlo tu visto che ti piacciono foto con i caz*. (Ancona) Peggiori di quanti abbia mai visto . I can't say anything else, peasants and rude ones. Vedendo che il corriere non arrivava, sono andato a controllare il tracking immaginando già cosa fosse successo…il corriere ha segnato la mancata consegna senza nemmeno suonare (ero a casa apposta per aspettarlo). La consegna dovrebbe avvenire lunedì sempre se il corriere avrà voglia di svolgere il lavoro per il quale è pagato e sempre che il pacco non sparisca misteriosamente… Since my order was scheduled for delivery today, I postponed some personal commissions to wait for the courier. Le fasce orarie specificate nel tracking non vengono calcolate di striscio, è inutile specificare un orario di consegna. Se provate a riconsegnare un pacco allo stesso orario in cui avete provato il giorno prima, è chiaro che forse forse non trovate di nuovo nessuno a casa!! Ogni volta riconfermo ciò che penso. Quando mi ritrovo un pacco spedito da BRT ho sempre i brividi. Pessimi. I don't know how this branch still exists. The time slots specified in the tracking are not calculated on the spot, it is useless to specify a delivery time. If you try to return a package at the same time you tried the day before, it is clear that perhaps you may not find anyone at home again !! Each time we reconfirm what I think. When I find a package sent by BRT I always get chills. Bad.
A	Angela Marie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corriere molto maleducato, ho atteso il pacco tutto il giorno ieri e non arriva neanche una telefonata chiedendo se fossi in casa (l’ultimo corriere dopo aver suonato senza avere risposta chiamava sempre, in caso non avessimo sentito il citofono), guardo sul sito e c’è scritto che è passato ma non c’era nessuno e che ha lasciato il solito foglietto della mancata consegna. Il foglio non c’era. Chiamo la ditta arrabbiata e spiego loro la situazione e dicono che il pacco arriva domani. Oggi ripassa (telefonando stavolta) e dice (con un tono molto scortese) che non è colpa sua se il citofono non funziona e che prima di chiamare l’ufficio bisogna ragionare perché era passato ieri a consegnare il pacco alla vicina. Sono senza parole. È da un mese che aspetto il mio pacco e c'è sempre un problema. Manco il servizio clienti è soddisfacente, l'ho chiamati 3 volte e mai una volta che mi avesse risposto qualcuno. There are never problems with my Amazon shipments, but when Bartolini has to deliver it there is always one. I have been waiting for my package for a month and there is always a problem. I miss the customer service is satisfactory, I called him 3 times and never once had anyone answered me.
