Al telefono non rispondono mai però il pagamento in anticipo lo vogliono. Hallucinating experience goods not picked up twice they don't even know what they want. They never answer the phone but they want to pay in advance.

Guardando il tracking al primo tentativo di consegna risulta "destinatario assente" e al secondo tentativo di consegna "indirizzo sconosciuto". Come è possibile che la prima volta ci hanno trovato e non c'era nessuno e la seconda volta non hanno trovato proprio l'indirizzo?! Quando ho chiamato il servizio clienti per far notare questa cosa (servizio a pagamento, numero 199 al costo di 0.10 centesimi al minuto!) mi è stato detto parole testuali: "abbiamo un po' di ritardi e quindi probabilmente si è giocato un po' con gli avvisi perché la spedizione non può rimanere ferma". Ci rendiamo conto?! Scandalosi! Il peggior corriere italiano! Scandalous! I am waiting for a package that has been shipped 10 days (national shipping) and still have not been able to deliver it! Looking at the tracking, the first delivery attempt results in "recipient absent" and at the second delivery attempt "unknown address". How is it possible that the first time they found us and there was no one and the second time they didn't find the right address ?! When I called customer service to point this out (paid service, number 199 at a cost of 0.10 cents per minute!) I was told verbatim: "we have a bit of delays and so we probably played a bit. with notices why the shipment cannot remain stationary ". Do we realize ?! Scandalous! The worst Italian courier!
