Subito ci prova una signora al piano si sopra, ma torna dicendo che non riesce perché le maglie non si tolgono.
Nel frattempo entra un signore anziano molto rude che dice faccio io. Viste le difficoltà della signora, dico che la maglia ha un doppio bilanciere. Il signore anziano si offende "lasci fare a me, è da 60 anni che faccio questo lavoro!". Capisco che forse è il titolare.
Dopo poco torna con l'orologio, una chiacchierata simpatica ed esco. Costo zero.
Esco e mi accorgo che hanno lasciato 2 maglie da un lato e 4 da un altro, per cui il bracciale non è bilanciato. Ma peggio ci sono 2 maglie con segno di martello!
Rientro subito e lo faccio presente. Il signore "no, è impossibile...no ma se vuole glielo lucido ma non si tolgono in segni...vuole un consiglio? Lo porti un po', vedrà che si rovina."
Non credo a quello che senti. Decido di andarmene (forse sbagliando, avrei dovuto pretendere un bracciale nuovo) per non perdere la pazienza. Capisco che l'esperienza non sempre è un valore aggiunto. Capisco anche che, sebbene abbia già acquistato merce per valore di qualche migliaio di euro presso di loro, ecco probabilmente non ci metterò più piedi. C'è un certo Benetti in zona che si è sempre comportato meglio.

I don't believe what you hear. I decide to leave (perhaps wrongly, I should have asked for a new bracelet) in order not to lose patience. I understand that experience is not always an added value. I also understand that, although I have already purchased goods worth a few thousand euros from them, here I will probably never put my feet up again. There is a certain Benetti in the area who has always done better.
