Che dire poi delle varie tartare, composte con svariati ingredienti. Tappa fondamentale per chi è di Verona e non. Giorgio, il proprietario, uomo di grande professionalità e pacatezza, accontenta tutti (donne, bambini ed anche cani). Insomma uomo d"altri tempi. Grande Giorgio. Alla prossima. Per me l'educazione è dettaglio imprescindibile per valutare chiunque, anche un macellaio. Nulla da dire sul titolare ed i dipendenti ma la figura presumo della moglie alla cassa, zotica ed irritante per ignoranza e maleducazione, purtoppo abbassa il livello. Anche della carne, anche del resto dei lavoratori. Mi servo da anni lì ma cerco di andarci il meno possibile per questo. Tuttavia ottime carni e ottime preparazioni, per quanto decisamente troppo care. Dó two stars and not just for recognition of the quality of the meat but ...
