★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto pulito. La qualità della carne di cavallo è ottima, di prima scelta. Trovo sempre molta varietà di tagli di carne già pronta, o da cuocere. Il sugo di asino è una prelibatezza. Antonio è un'ottimo macellaio, xké usa solo materie prime e, prepara i piatti di carne da sé. Infatti io lo considero il mio macellaio di fiducia.
In questa macelleria si può trovare anche altri tipi di carne, sempre con prezzi molto convenienti. Io lo consiglio a tutte le persone "carnivore", che amano la carne come me e, che soffrono di pressione bassa o sono anemiche. Andateci, xké fareste un affare a comprare la carne equina e non da Antonio, xké è un'ottima persona, simpatica, e sa fare bene il proprio lavoro con passione.
Very clean shop. The quality of the horse meat is excellent, first choice. I always find a lot of variety of cuts of meat ready, or to be cooked. Donkey sauce is a delicacy. Antonio is an excellent butcher, because he uses only raw materials and prepares the meat dishes himself. In fact, I consider him my trusted butcher.
In this butcher you can also find other types of meat, always with very affordable prices. I recommend it to all "carnivorous" people, who love meat like me and, who suffer from low blood pressure or are anemic. Go there, because you would make a bargain to buy horse meat and not from Antonio, because he is a good person, nice, and knows how to do his job well with passion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ottima scelta di prodotti equini e non...antonio fa tutto con passione da anni...ti dà consigli su come preparare piatti oppure ti dà piatti già pronti esempio polpette,pastissada di cavallo o musso(questo in stagione chiedere)...ma polenta pronta,sughi ,spiedini insomma tutto e di più...volendo te li mette sottovuoto...i prezzi in questo caso valgono x la qualità data e la cortesia...ciao, da non perdere...provare x credere...
