Questa mattina mi sono recato in questo bellissimo negozio in centro a Verona per cambiare la batteria al mio storico Swatch beat Aluminium, orologio risalente a fine anni 90 perfettamente funzionante, scoprendo che da qualche anno proprio il servizio di cambio batteria è gratuito per i clienti di questi eccezionali orologi svizzeri. Gentilissima e cordiale la commessa che mi ha servito. Apprezzo la politica commerciale che Swatch offre ai suoi fedeli clienti. Grazie!
Excellent service and support. This morning I went to this beautiful shop in the center of Verona to change the battery of my historic Swatch beat Aluminum, a watch dating back to the late 90s in perfect working order, discovering that for some years the battery change service has been free for customers of these exceptional Swiss watches. The saleswoman who served me was very kind and cordial. I appreciate the commercial policy that Swatch offers to its loyal customers. Thanks!
