★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for 2 jackets with Visa. One jacket had sleeves that were too long. Was told it would be altered in the shop. We returned twice to pick up the jackets. Owner went down the street to retrieve my jacket. Original sleeve was removed and replaced with a different color leather!!! I told him we found this unacceptable and asked for a refund!!! Guiseppe gave us some BS that it was not possible to process a refund due to some technicality
Called Visa immediately to report this.. Now the merchant is telling Visa that we left with the merchandise!!! What a liar!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
THEIVES!!!! We may be on the hook for $l,124.00

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is one of the most unethical overpriced stores I have ever been in. I travel to Florence every year and have always loved the shopping. This experience however was the worst I have experienced in not just Italy but the US as well. They charged my credit card for a coat I did not want and shipped it to my girlfriends house as they did not have my address but had hers and then lied and told the CC company I left the store with the coat. And the same coat was 50 percent less in a store a few doors down. The quality of their “antelope” leather is not great and my girlfriend said the coat she bought and had shipped is bleeding the color in the clothes she wears under it. They are just not honorable proprietors. Do yourself a favor and don’t go in the store. Even yelp reviews show a similar dishonest experience.
