 Very beautiful and panoramic place, I could not access inside because it is closed, however it seems well equipped to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima meta o tappa per una passeggiata all'ombra di un fresco bosco molto silenzioso. Il sentiero per salire è una strada militare molto sconnessa e sassosa solo per fuoristrada. A piedi alcuni tratti sono un po' fastidiosi per i sassi che si muovono. Lato negativo: potrebbero passare moto rumorose e puzzose (incontrate due salendo e tre scendendo).
Proseguendo oltre si può arrivare alla cima del monte passando per il rifugio Venini (dove in realtà ci arriva la strada e si trova una folla di gente urlante a mangiare e bere attrezzata come per fare un aperitivo in centro città).
Dalla cima vista molto soddisfacente.
Acqua potabile presente solo a inizio percorso (rubinetto dell'acquedotto).
Beautiful destination or stop for a walk in the shade of a very quiet fresh forest. The path to go up is a very rough and stony military road only for off-road vehicles. On foot some stretches are a bit annoying for the stones that move. Downside: noisy and stinky bikes could pass (meet two going up and three going down).
Going further you can reach the top of the mountain passing through the Venini refuge (where actually the road arrives and there is a crowd of people screaming to eat and drink equipped as if to have an aperitif in the city center).
From the top very satisfactory view.
Drinking water present only at the beginning of the route (tap of the aqueduct).

Dispone di 26 posti letto, cucina attrezzate, 2 bagni, 1 camino e 2 stufe (una nella camerata e una nella sala da pranzo).
Inoltre all'esterno è presente una grande griglia e un forno a legna. C'è anche un generatore e una legnaia.
Costo a notte: 10€ a cranio
Consigliatissimo per una cena/serata in compagnia, soprattutto per grandi gruppi.
Very well equipped unmanaged bivouac shelter.
It has 26 beds, equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 fireplace and 2 stoves (one in the dormitory and one in the dining room).
Also outside there is a large grill and a wood oven. There is also a generator and a woodshed.
Cost per night: € 10 per head
Highly recommended for a dinner / evening with friends, especially for large groups.
