★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutly Magnificent view, coupled with a cosy authentic hiking refuge-turn-resturant. Short (~30min) hike up from the parking is well worth it. If you can walk this is an absolute must!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fab walk with my 11 year old. Spectacular views for only a half hour walk (from the car park!). Rifigio I'd good for a bit of a break before heading back down or up if you have the time and preparation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great stay here last week, stunning views over the lakes and would be a great stop on a long-distance multi-day trek. Food and drinks good and rustic, bunks comfortable. I just did some little walks around and up to the peak above and around to take sunrise photos etc - staff very friendly/helpful and gave good suggestions of walks. Some wonderfully photogenic rock formations! They also suggested I visit the Val Masino area when I explained I like big alpine landscapes, which I did and loved! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most spectacular view my eyes have personally seen. The food is a fantastic way to end an invigorating 1.5km hike. The distance is short, but the incline is what makes it challenging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit of distance from the car park (50~mins hike uphill), but it’s totally worth it. You will wake in the stunning view like this. Plus all staffs are very friendly, make great foods, good numbers of choices in beer and wine to go with the nature. It is also directly accessible to hike trails further up the mountain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location can’t be beat. The views are mindblowing. The owner of the rifugio was incredibly nice! We told him we were vegan and he gave us polenta with tomato sauce even though it was not on the menu. They also have vegan pasta and vegetable soup. The food was delicious. Highly recommendable!
