Extremely clean and newly renovated.
The owners are gorgeous and you feel like a local.
They give you “insider” recommendations which makes it easy to feel like home even more.
Even in a car-free-area of the old town, with a discounted carpark-card of a nearby modern and safe carpark it is an easy walk to the car...
we will be back if in como!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was amazing. The only issue was we did not have hot water for one night. This place is so close to everything in Comp, the main squares, boats and train station. Alessia was so so sweet and gave a long list of suggestions for our stay. Would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the best time - Alice and the staff took care of our every need, the apartment was spotless, thoughtfully styled, and well equipped. We were greeted warmly and with plenty of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The bed was comfortable and the shower had a good stream of hot water. The room also had an espresso machine with complimentary capsules, a minibar with some water, and other thoughtful touches. The location is also pretty much perfect, both in the center and close to the lake but also 5 minutes away from the central station. Very highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This our 3rd visit to Alessia's. The location is great, but most important of all are : the cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the host Federico and his staff Christ. The room is spotless clean, and you seldom find it anywhere. If you should need any help or question, Federico and Christ are there to help. Thanks again Federico. We will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonder place. Spotlessly clean, centrally located, with everything you need on your doorstep. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the shower was amazing. These two point won me over immediately. If you’re going to Como I would highly recommend Alessia’s Place
