β β β β β The rudeness of the staff is beyond words. We asked for an extra bed to be prepared and if possible to be moved to another floor. The response of the staff was simply we could leave... As we walked to our car, perplex, the manager came out of the building towards us and said to be very careful when writing a revieuw: he said he had two layers in his family and he would take legal action against us if we dare to write anything negatif. Really, I have no words for the passive agressiveness and the condescendence of the managing staff.
With respect to the place itself: it's located at 100 meters of a busy highway, and even with the windows closed, you hear the noice of the highway. The terrace which looks amazing on the pictures is in reality useless because of the noice. Also would you like a drink on the terrace, the hotel is normally not staffed and you are not allowed to bring in something yourself. The concrete building has no soul at all and smells mouldy. The second bedroom was dark and had no windows that could be openend. The worst hotel experience of my life.
Still not received the refund, looking forward to hearing from the lawyers.

β β β β β The place is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, high quality towels, soaps and appliances. They are extremely detailed from details of how to get here and pictures to find your way to the directions and list of area restaurants and activities with details and phone numbers. It really made life simple for us to go and get as many activities in as possible. Thank you!

Rooms can use remodeling but it's a taste issue I guess.
