Giocano a fare upselling. Tutto - rigorosamente - in acqua fresca. Invece niente. Non ci tornerò. Extremely disappointed Let's start by saying that prices are not available online regarding the cost of entry for outsiders. Or, if there are, they are hard to find. I call around 12, a nice guy answers: cost € 29 per person for a 2-hour journey. I call back after an hour, the voice of a girl who is struggling with Italian tells me that it is € 39 per person for each hour. I contradict, explaining to her what her colleague told me, and she, without batting an eye, tells me "You're right, I was wrong". Now I begin to understand the absence of the price. They play upsell. We arrive, we are given two towels and a pair of flip-flops each. Remember the two sheets: they are crucial for what comes next. We enter after having changed in the changing rooms (one of the lockers had the lock mounted upside down, so it was impossible to close it) and to our great surprise there are 4 deckchairs and 6 sun loungers. All busy. Not knowing where to put the towels, we put them on the bin cabinet. After 10-15 minutes the workstations were free: perhaps some customers did not respect the 2 hours exactly. The pool water was cool. It wasn't warm, it wasn't hot: it was cool. We've both had chills, and neither of us are cold. 3 water games: two cervical waterfalls, two standing hydromassage stations, two hydromassage stations with sitting. Everything - strictly - in fresh water. When we stretched out on the loungers to take a break from the cool water, I understood why they give you two towels: one is to cover you. The temperature - even the ambient one - is more like a neighborhood pool than a SPA. In the changing rooms the shower head was broken and kept hitting me in the head. At the exit, we communicated our disappointment, which was greeted with "Ah, is the water cold?", "Ah, is the air cold?", "Ah, the shower is broken? I wasn't - honestly - looking for a way to pay less, get my money back. I was hoping for a "I'm mortified, usually it's not like that". Instead nothing. I will not go back. The prices are not available online if you want to know how much the entrance is for an outsider of the hotel. Or they’re hidden quite well. Anyway, I call around 12pm. A nice guy answers: the price is 29€ per person for 2 hours. I call after 1 hour to confirm, and a lady tells me it’s 39€ per person for 1 hour. Now I understand the lack of prices: they play upselling. At the end, I paid 29€/pax/2hrs. Upon our arrival, we are given two towels and a pair of flip-flops. After having changed in the locker room (where one of the lockers lock was mounted the other way round), we enter the SPA to find 6 beds and 4 deck chairs. Too bad they were all taken. Not knowing where to put our towels, we placed them on the furniture of the bin. After 10-15 minutes some of the deck chairs and beds became available. I suspect some of the customers don’t abide to the 2 hrs shifts. The water was not even lukewarm. It was fresh. We both had shivers while inside and outside the pool. There are 2 cervical waterfalls, 2 standing hydro-massage spots and 2 sitting hydro-massage spots. No hot or even warm water in sight. When we laid down on the beds to rest from the fresh water, we understood why the 2 towels. One is to use it as a duvet. It was quite cold. And both of us are not particularly sensitive to cold temperature. But I expect the SPA to have a warm, relaxing temperature. In the showers, the shower head fell on me quite a few times as it was broken. When we exited, we let the guy know our disappointment. He responded with “Really, the water was fresh?”, “really, the air was fresh”?, “really? The shower head’s broken? I’ll check”. I was sincerely not looking for a way to pay less, or to have my money back. I just wanted a sincere apology and a reassurance that what I experienced today is not the norm. Nothing of the sort happened. I will not be back here. My SPA of choice is near Bergamo, which is a 3 hours round trip. It would have been really nice to have a good SPA close to home. But I rather spend 3 hours driving than come back here again.
