★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der fest installierte Duschkopf ist zu hoch angebracht so dass man unweigerlich nasse Haare hat. Das Bettzeug war zerrissen. Das Bad wurde nur abends beheizt. Der Vermieter könnte sich auch um mehr Nachtruhe kümmern.
 The permanently installed shower head is too high so that you inevitably have wet hair. The bedding was torn. The bathroom was only heated in the evening. The landlord could also take care of more night's sleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La camera si presenta bene al primo impatto...ma poi ti rendi conto che è una sorta di scantinato umido e senza finestre...con muri così sottili che si sente tutto quello che dici.
Ragnatele sul soffitto, nel bagno era presente la muffa, il televisore non prende nemmeno (SEGNALE ASSENTE),bidet inesistente,inoltre il colmo è stato trovare una pizza ammuffita nascosta dietro il cestino dei rifiuti in camera con sopra la muffa e numerosissime formiche.
Detto ciò ci sono rimasto davvero male...non lo dico per cattiveria, è la prima volta che mi capita una cosa simile.
The room looks good at first glance ... but then you realize it is something of a damp basement with no windows ... with walls so thin that you hear everything you say.
Cobwebs on the ceiling, in the bathroom there was mold, the TV does not even (NO SIGNAL), nonexistent bidet, also the last straw was finding a moldy pizza hidden behind the waste bin in the room with over the mold and numerous ants.
Having said that there was really bad ... I do not say this out of malice, is the first time that I have such a thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo alloggio in una zona strategica e di passaggio, stanza spaziosa e ariosa con ampio balcone, unica nota il bagno privato pulito ma all'esterno. In tempo di covid comodo e pratico il sistema self check in, sicuro e in totale privacy. Se siete automuniti e non trovate posto in strada, poco più avanti sulla salita a disposizione c'è un piccolo parcheggio gratuito ma trovare posto e un po' questione di fortuna.
Excellent accommodation in a strategic and passing area, spacious and airy room with large balcony, the only note is the private bathroom clean but outside. In convenient and practical covid time, the self check-in system is safe and in total privacy. If you have a car and can't find a place on the street, a little free parking is available a little further up the hill, but finding a place is a bit of a matter of luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, we know that check in is officially until 10 pm only. I didn't realize that when I booked the room initially. I realized after some days...
That's why we already told the host as early as possible that we will be late, arriving around midnight due to my work. He said he was OK with that if we are not arriving after midnight. Unfortunately San Gottardo would have making us arrive at around 1 am at the property.
It is a bit funny but we weren't ably to stay there as the host would not let us in anymore and we paid for the over-night stay already... so we had to stay at another hotel nearby and paid additional, quite ridiculous.
Everything would be a bit more understandable if the contact with the host would have been friendly, but there was no real explanation of his point of view or understanding of our situation. The contact with the host felt- maybe also due to the broken English - quite rude.
Maybe the apartment is nice, but I unfortunately had a very bad experience. For me not recommended.

We made a reservation by telephone the day before arrival.
Conversation was not very clear in English.
We could park the car on a small parking lot nearby. We had room number one. That turned out to be a room without windows. The room was tidy and clean. I had a feeling that I could feel where previous hotel guests had slept in the bed. The mattress may have been a bit worn out. The bathroom is spacious and has a window with bars but the shower wasn’t that big. There was also an electrical device. It wasn’t allowed to switch off and made a noise during the night. I don’t know what the function is but the noise was a bit annoying.
The breakfast part was confusing. We first understood the breakfast was not possible due to corona. But in the morning another couple told us that breakfast was included in a place nearby. We went there and we were told that we had to pay for breakfast.For the other couple it was included. We are still confused about that. Breakfast was OK though and not expensive.
Overall it is not a bad place to be but for the next time we will probably consider something else.

The host lies in your face about it, but in the room it was as cold as outside.
