Unica pecca non ci sono posti a sedere per degustare gli ottimi dolci. Very good pastry with typical products. Cannoli made express, very good. Possibility of transport packaging too! The only flaw there are no seats to taste the excellent desserts.

Ci hanno atteso fuori orario, confezionato i cannoli (ottimi) in scatole da viaggio e, ai nostri ringraziamenti, ci hanno spiazzato con un semplice: "È il nostro lavoro...". Ce ne fossero!!! Un solo rimpianto: non avere altro posto in valigia per cassate da viaggio e altri dolci alle mandorle... Per me, che credevo di conoscere Trapani, é stata una bellissima scoperta e tornerò a trovarli e a gustare altre specialità. Today we received excellent service from the Aleci pastry shop in piazza Scarlatti. They waited for us after hours, packed the cannoli (excellent) in travel boxes and, to our thanks, they surprised us with a simple: "It's our job ...". There were !!! Only one regret: having no other place in the suitcase for travel cassata and other almond desserts ... For me, who thought I knew Trapani, it was a wonderful discovery and I will come back to visit them and taste other specialties.

Ma la vera chicca solo i titolari, in particolare la signora che mi serve sempre: gentile, accogliente, sorridente, paziente e sempre col consiglio giusto per ogni occasione. Peccato non ci sia la sesta stella, le cinque sono strameritate :) For me, a fixed appointment every time I pass by the City of the Two Seas. Pastries, cannoli, cakes, cassata ... all not good, more! But the real gem is only the owners, in particular the lady who always serves me: kind, welcoming, smiling, patient and always with the right advice for every occasion. Too bad there is no sixth star, five are deserved :)

Un luogo angusto poco evidenziato sul quale si può sicuramente sorvolare, ma l'impossibilità di prendere dei dolci il sabato mattina e ancora peggio quella di prenotare torte per l'indomani evidenzia che traducendo malamente un modo di dire siciliano "non hanno bisogno di soldi" mi chiedo quale sia il lavoro del pasticcere se non quello di esporre nel migliore dei modi una vasta gamma di dolci per tutti gusti, qui invece c'è stato un arenarsi in un servizio precario fatto di clienti abituali e poca per non dire nulla scelta. Spero che gli imprenditori di Trapani non prendano esempio perché a mio parere questa non solo non é una politica vincente ma non è altro che la mentalità che fino ad adesso ha stroncato le gambe alla Sicilia. I don't question pastry skills but I strongly criticize entrepreneurial skills. A narrow, little-highlighted place on which you can certainly fly over, but the impossibility of getting sweets on Saturday morning and even worse that of reserving cakes for the next day shows that by poorly translating a Sicilian saying "they don't need money" I wonder what the pastry chef's job is if not that of displaying in the best way a wide range of desserts for all tastes, here instead there was a strand in a precarious service made up of regulars and little to say nothing choice. I hope that the entrepreneurs of Trapani do not take an example because in my opinion this is not only not a winning policy but it is nothing more than the mentality that up to now has crushed Sicily's legs.
