Servita una che era presente nel bancone: era abbastanza morbida ma ho mangiato molto di meglio.
Sarà stato che non era stata preparata al momento, ma questo è stato il biglietto da visita che mi è stato presentato.
Per il resto c'era gente in fila ed i tavolini esterni erano pieni: il personale si dava da fare.
Generale lentezza nel servizio al banco: forse c'è bisogno di altro personale in questo periodo.

For breakfast, I had a cornet with cream (Italian croissant), but after ordering, he packed the cream! The cream was not too sweet and it was delicious. It is a shop that reminded me of the deliciousness of cornet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stata ieri per la prima volta e sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita. Il locale è ben illuminato, i banconi/vetrine sono davvero invitanti. Ho assaggiato dei mignon molto molto buoni (pesca, patata, biscottino cioccolato al sale) e una torta rocher eccezionale!!! La Signora dietro al banco è simpaticissima!!! Tornerò tutte le. Volte che sarò di passaggio a Trapani.
I was there yesterday for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. The place is well lit, the counters / windows are really inviting. I tasted very very good mignon (peach, potato, salt chocolate biscuit) and an exceptional rocher cake !!! The lady behind the counter is very nice !!! I'll be back all. Times that I will be passing through Trapani.

Possibilità di sedersi per fare colazione/merenda sia all'interno che all'esterno del moderno locale (che è estremamente pulito). Staff professionale, gentile e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Apprezzatissimo l'omaggio del biscotto salato al cioccolato (perfetto per chi non ama i dolci, troppo dolci). Allego foto della tipica "guantera" (vassoio) di dolci con patate, pesche e tortine paradiso tutte da provare.
Pastry shop located in the center of Trapani. The quality and freshness of the products enhance traditional and non-traditional sweets. Possibility to sit for breakfast / snack both inside and outside the modern restaurant (which is extremely clean). Professional staff, kind and attentive to customer needs. The homage of the salty chocolate biscuit is very much appreciated (perfect for those who do not like sweets, which are too sweet). I enclose photos of the typical "guantera" (tray) of sweets with potatoes, peaches and heavenly cakes to try.

The cannoli is among the best I’ve had in a long time and really big!
Their biscotti di pistachio is AMAZING.
We also got an typical alcoholic beverage called “passito”; get one! A good side for your dessert.
