Piccola perla nascosta in una via del centro storico non contaminata dalle folle del turismo. I fratelli Renda tramandano l'arte della pasticceria da generazioni, e lo fanno in modo genuino lontano dalle imposizioni del turismo ma con le regole che l'arte e i tempi della pasticceria di qualità impongono. In questo posto vengono sfornati dolci freschi della tradizione trapanese tutto il giorno, e se andate la mattina presto avrete la fortuna di assaggiare i cornetti caldi dalla crema più saporita che esista. Noi siamo tornati più volte nel corso del nostro soggiorno perché la qualità della ricotta e la freschezza delle paste ha avuto la meglio su tutte le rivali storiche consigliate su TripAdvisor. CONSIGLIATISSIMISSIMO! The best pastry in all of Trapani! The REAL pastry in the old way, with the authentic flavors and kindness of the past. Small gem hidden in a street of the historic center not contaminated by the tourist crowds. The Renda brothers have handed down the art of pastry-making for generations, and they do it in a genuine way away from the impositions of tourism but with the rules that the art and times of quality pastry impose. In this place fresh traditional Trapani desserts are baked all day, and if you go early in the morning you will be lucky enough to taste the hot croissants with the tastiest cream that exists. We went back several times during our stay because the quality of the ricotta and the freshness of the pasta got the better of all the historical rivals recommended on TripAdvisor. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
