Vi consiglio altamente il trattamento da 2 ore, che vi permette di fare più trattamenti e soprattutto con più tempo. Il personale si è presentato molto ospitale, gentile e disponibile. Vi consiglio di farlo soprattutto con il vostro partener o un parente o ancora meglio con degli amici. A beautiful experience, I did the 2 hour treatment. Very relaxing atmosphere, especially the aesthetic aspect of the room. I highly recommend the 2 hour treatment, which allows you to do more treatments and above all with more time. The staff were very hospitable, kind and helpful. I recommend you do it especially with your partner or a relative or even better with friends.

Esperienza da rifare sicuramente ?? We did the 2-hour luxury course + 50-minute relaxation massage and it was magnificent. Cleanliness and hospitality at the base of everything. Experience to be redone for sure ??

H	Heidi T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked the spa & massage package for 4 ppl as a birthday gift for my boyfriend's dad. According to the description the spa was going to be great... However, the real experience wasn't quite what we expected. First of all there was a strange man wearing a suit that introduced us to the spa. Instead of being a relaxing experience he was loud and kept explaining things much longer than needed. The steam room wasn't in use but we were not advised about this beforehand. Also, there were no beauty products available such as shampoo (except body shampoo), conditioner or body lotion. The massages were very mediocre... I'm not actually sure if they could be called "massages". 2 of us asked for the deep tissue massages that were so light that we had to constantly keep telling the masseuses to make them stronger. Even then nothing changed. We were a bit disappointed about the whole experience and told the manager afterwards... He didn't do anything about it. It's not easy to find a good massage/spa places in general but I cannot really recommend this one after our experience.

Everything was made for us to feel special that day and even the day before when we walked in and Francesco managed to fit us in their busy schedule. The experience was so relaxing, everyone was careful and extremely kind. All the products used are high quality, most of them made in France ( im not saying that because i’m French ? ). Special thanks to Titziana and her magical hands… ?? Thanks to Fabiola for her really gentle and professional treatment. Thanks again Francesco, professional, fun, we felt like being at home !
