Store fairly stocked, I love the shirts printed with vintage logos, for the quality of the garments the price is more than honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanto per cominciare nessuno si è permesso di chiederci se ci serviva aiuto... e il negozio era completamente vuoto... ma la cosa che mi non mi sarei mai aspettato di vedere in un negozio, è un "cliente", secondo me amico dei commessi, che si è spogliato proprio li davanti la cassa per provare dei pantaloni... ancor più perché ero in presenza di una ragazza , la quale si è girata indignata da tale indecenza... un consiglio... esistono dei camerini appositi... Non ci tornerò mai più... personale scortese e non qualificato... io li licenzierei in tronco solo perché lasciano fare certe cose all'interno del vostro locale a degli sconosciuti... vergognatevi...

Alla fine sono uscito dal negozio di avere speso più di 100 euro... Acquisti azzeccatissima prodotti assolutamente ottimi nel rapporto qualità prezzo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato venerdì 30 giugno 2017 presso il punto vendita " alcoot uomo" del tiburtino shopping center di guidonia dove ho acquistato un completo e due camicie. Ho provato il completo ed era perfetto ed ho provato la camicia (la taglia di prova) ed era perfetta. Naturalmente tornato a casa le camicie le ho lavate con acqua tiepida, ma ..... si sono stette almeno di una taglia. Sono tornato al negozio è da parte del responsabile mi è stato detto che non può fare la sostituzione in quanto la camicia lavata non puo essere sostituita. Ho insistito facendo valere le mie ragioni ma nulla, il responsabile ha completamente insistito sulla sua scelta di non sostituire il prodotto. Mi domando: se la taglia di prova era perfetta e la mia camicia dopo lavata si è stretta, di chi è la colpa? Profondamente deluso sono andato via dicendo al responsabile (assolutamente poco disponibile nel trovare una soluzione) che non tornerò mai più (ero un cliente molto assiduo) in quel punto vendita, quindi non consiglio acquisti dove non garantiscono la sostituzione.
I went on Friday 30 June 2017 to the "alcoot man" store in the tiburtino shopping center in guidonia where I purchased a suit and two shirts. I tried the suit and it was perfect and I tried the shirt (the trial size) and it was perfect. Of course, back home, I washed my shirts with warm water, but ..... they stayed at least one size. I went back to the shop and I was told by the manager that he cannot make the replacement because the washed shirt cannot be replaced. I insisted on asserting my reasons but nothing, the manager completely insisted on his choice not to replace the product. I wonder: if the trial size was perfect and my shirt tightened after washing, who is to blame? Deeply disappointed I went away saying to the manager (absolutely not available to find a solution) that I will never return (I was a very regular customer) to that store, so I do not recommend purchases where they do not guarantee replacement.
