β β β β β Ci siamo recati presso il vs punto vendita per l'acquisto di vari materiali per una ristrutturazione.
Il giudizio 3 stelle deriva dalla media tra due avvenimenti occorsi:
1) quasi all'ingresso del magazzino troviamo un assembramento di commessi che discorrevano tra di loro: abbiamo chiesto aiuto spiegando che non eravamo soliti comprare tali materiali. Ci risponde un commesso in maniera sbrigativa, scocciata, indicandoci una corsia; chiediamo se ci puΓ² accompagnare e stancamente ci segue: ci mette davanti una schiera di prodotti senza darci un parere o spiegando cosa cambiasse tra l'uno e l'altro (ci stava facendo un favore).
Abbiamo ringraziato e siamo andati a cercare un commesso piΓΉ disponibile e dopo almeno un paio di tentativi andati a vuoto passiamo al punto 2.
2)Abbiamo trovato un signore (si Γ¨ presentato come Stefano) che sin da subito si Γ¨ mostrato cortese, motivato e ci ha dato consigli, guidandoci, mostrandoci piΓΉ soluzioni e spiegandoci i pro e i contro di ognuna. Ci ha tagliato delle tavole sempre con grande entusiasmo. Visto che dovevamo richiedere fattura e pagare con bonifico ci ha fatto la nota dell'ordine e ci ha indicato dove andare a richiedere fattura.
Insomma Stefano ha saputo capire le nostre esigenze ed ha svolto il suo lavoro con professionalitΓ . Mio marito ed io non siamo avvezzi a tali acquisti, pertanto se non avessimo trovato Stefano sicuramente non avremmo speso circa 300 e saremmo andati in un altro punto vendita.

The 3-star rating derives from the average between two events that occurred:
1) almost at the entrance to the warehouse we find a crowd of shop assistants talking to each other: we asked for help explaining that we were not used to buying such materials. A clerk replies in a hasty, annoyed way, indicating a lane; we ask if he can accompany us and wearily he follows us: he puts a host of products in front of us without giving us an opinion or explaining what changed between one and the other (he was doing us a favor).
We thanked him and went to look for a more helpful salesman and after at least a couple of unsuccessful attempts we move on to point 2.
2) We found a gentleman (he introduced himself as Stefano) who immediately showed himself courteous, motivated and gave us advice, guiding us, showing us more solutions and explaining the pros and cons of each. He always cut boards for us with great enthusiasm. Since we had to request an invoice and pay by bank transfer, he made a note of the order and showed us where to go to request an invoice.
In short, Stefano was able to understand our needs and carried out his work with professionalism. My husband and I are not used to such purchases, so if we hadn't found Stefano we certainly wouldn't have spent about 300 and would have gone to another store.

ElettricitΓ illuminazione di interni ed esterni.pitture Γ¨ molto molto altro. Vale la pena di visitare questo grande punto vendita.
Very well stocked with many tools from hardware, to plumbing, tiles, wooden articles such as interior doors, PVC windows and much more related to construction. Electricity indoor and outdoor lighting, paints and much more. This great store is worth a visit.
