Avevo acquistato un prodotto che poi è risultato difettoso e la taglia in etichetta non era giusta .... ho telefonato al l’assistenza clienti e non mi avevano risolto.... chiamo direttamente in negozio e parlo con Giulia che in pochissimo tempo mi ha trovato la soluzione con una gentilezza unica! Complimenti per il vostro staff!!! Tutti i negozi dovrebbero avere delle persone all interno con la preparazione e cortesia che hanno li!!!!
Really nice! I had purchased a product that was later found to be defective and the size on the label was not right .... I phoned customer service and they hadn't solved me .... I call the store directly and speak to Giulia who in no time he found the solution with a unique kindness! Congratulations to your staff !!! All shops should have people inside with the preparation and courtesy they have there !!!!
