★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al contrario di come scrive qualcuno qui nei commenti, mi sono sempre trovata benissimo con il personale di questo punto vendita, soprattutto le commesse bionde sono molto carine e gentili, e disposte ad aiutarmi a trovare cosa cerco.
La qualità è molto buona e prezzi accessibili.
Sono molto soddisfatta!
 Contrary to how someone writes here in the comments, I have always had a great time with the staff of this store, especially the blonde shop assistants are very nice and kind, and willing to help me find what I'm looking for.
The quality is very good and affordable.
I'm very satisfied!

PREMETTO CHE SONO UNA CLIENTE ABITUALE DI QUESTO STORE MA ULTIMAMENTE NON MI STA PIACENDO PIÙ.
Oggi entrando nel negozio dovevo provare un costume da bagno, la cara commessa bionda della quale si parla nelle altre recensioni si è permessa di urlare :” AO IL CAMERINO LO STO PULENDO PERCHÉ È SPORCO E IN DISORDINE QUINDI NON PUOI ENTRARE”.
Mi è successo più volte in questo determinato negozio di essere tratta male e soprattuto di essere stata ignorata quando chiedevo taglie eccetera.
SE CI FOSSE L’OPZIONE DI METTERE ZERO STELLE LO FAREI.
Vorrei aggiungere che il negozio è perennemente sporco e disordinato.
TEZENIS FAI LE COLLEZIONI ESTIVE CON DELLE CELEBRITÀ E POI NON SEI IN GRADO DI SCEGLIERE IL TUO PERSONALE ?

I premise that I am a regular customer of this store, but lately I am not enjoying it anymore.
Today when I entered the shop I had to try on a swimsuit, the dear blonde shop assistant mentioned in the other reviews allowed herself to scream: "AO THE CHAMBER IS CLEANING BECAUSE IT IS DIRTY AND IN DISORDER YOU CANNOT ENTER".
It has happened to me several times in this particular shop to be treated badly and above all to have been ignored when I asked for sizes etc.
IF THERE WERE AN OPTION TO SET ZERO STARS I WOULD.
I would like to add that the shop is perpetually dirty and messy.
TEZENIS DO SUMMER COLLECTIONS WITH CELEBRITIES AND THEN ARE YOU ABLE TO CHOOSE YOUR STAFF?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesia da parte delle commesse, più di una volta sono capitata e l uso dei camerini viene negato.
Una volta venti minuti prima della chiusura non mi hanno permesso di provare.
Oggi invece non mi hanno fatto provare perché loro dovevano sistemare le ceste dei panni...e alla mia domanda tra quanto li riaprono credendo che fosse una cosa di 10 minuti.. mi hanno risposto che non lo sapevano e che avevo 30 giorni per cambiarlo..
Praticamente dovevo rifarmi 40km perchè loro non mi facevano misurare e magari neanche trovavo un cambio.
Ho cambiato negozio, mai più
Rudeness on the part of orders, more than once have happened and the use of dressing rooms is denied.
Once twenty minutes before closing they didn't allow me to try.
Today, however, they didn't let me try because they had to fix the baskets of clothes ... and to my question between what they reopened believing it was a 10 minute thing .. they replied that they didn't know it and that I had 30 days to change it ..
Basically I had to go back 40km because they didn't let me measure and maybe I didn't even find a change.
I have changed shops, never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inconcepibile che funzioni solo un camerino. Personale più che scortese come sempre. Non risolvono il problema dei clienti. C'è una lunga fila e se ne infischiano.
It is inconceivable that only a dressing room works. Staff more than rude as always. They don't solve the customer problem. There is a long line and they don't care.

Sono cliente Tezenis da anni ma...vi sconsiglio quello presso il cc Tiburtino di Guidonia. Mi sono recato ieri per le maglie a scollo V da € 9.99 1 pezzo, €19.99, 3 pezzi. Prese le 3 maglia mi reco alla cassa super affollata ( 1 cassiera e 10 persone in fila) e li mi raggiunge la mia compagna con altri capi. Decido di fare tutto un conto e pago. La sera a casa, mi accorgo che mancava una maglia e verifico lo scontrino. La cassiera mi aveva battuto 2 sole maglie per un totale di € 19.98 anziché le 3 che avevo portare in cassa per un tot.di 19.99. Il giorno dopo, mi recò presso il negozio con lo scontrino e lo faccio notare alla cassiera che non sa cosa fare. Chiama una sua collega e....non sanno cosa fare. Mi dicono di aspettare li che dovrebbe arrivare non so chi...per fare cosa...come quando... Mi sento come chi sta chiedendo l'elemosina, prendo lo scontrino e me ne vado. Una cosa è certa, nulla contro Tezenis ma non metterò più piede nel loro franchising di Guidonia Montecelio cc Tiburtino!!
Zero stars like zero professionalism, are they not allowed?
I have been a Tezenis customer for years but ... I do not recommend the one at the Tiburtino in Guidonia. I went yesterday for the V-necks from € 9.99 1 piece, € 19.99, 3 pieces. Taking the 3 shirts I go to the super crowded cash desk (1 cashier and 10 people in a row) and my partner joins me with other items. I decide to make a whole bill and pay. In the evening at home, I notice that a shirt was missing and I check the receipt. The cashier had beaten me only 2 shirts for a total of € 19.98 instead of the 3 that I had brought to the cashier for a tot. Of 19.99. The next day, he went to the shop with the receipt and I point it out to the cashier who doesn't know what to do. He calls a colleague of his and ... they don't know what to do. They tell me to wait there that should arrive I don't know who ... to do what ... how when ... I feel like someone is begging, I take the receipt and leave. One thing is certain, nothing against Tezenis but I will never set foot in their Guidonia Montecelio cc Tiburtino franchise !!

The two girls of the shop, the brunette with the scary eyelashes and the girl with the beautiful curls, were kind to the hand which I did not find at the tezenis in Frascati thanks girls
