Purtroppo a causa di una vs collaboratrice, che immagino sia la responsabile del punto vendita, una signora con i capelli biondi lunghi non metterò mai più piede dentro il VS negozio. Una persona sgradevole che più volte lo trovata ad urlare, nel vero senso della parola, ai suoi sottoposti trattandosi come nullità e pezze da piedi. Scegliete meglio i vs collaboratori.

The tacky shop. Neglecting customers. I bought yearn to ask my girlfriend to marry me. It needed to be changed as it was a bit bigger, we waited two and a half months. Shame!

Ricevuto come regalo di Natale, il giorno dopo saltano due pietrine.
Scriviamo al servizio clienti e veniamo ignorati per giorni.
Dopo varie peripezie con il corriere, riusciamo ad effettuare il ritiro.
Il pacco arriva nella sede di Udine e dopo DUE SETTIMANE (non 5 giorni come specificato) effettuano il cambio che ci spettava.
Il giorno stesso in cui il pacco arriva e finalmente abbiamo la sostituzione, dopo nemmeno 8 ore cadono ben TRE pietre.
Capisco che l'articolo non abbia un valore alto, ma non è possibile che la qualità sia così scarsa. A questo punto direi che il costo è comunque eccessivo per come performa l'articolo.
1 stella solo perché sennò non avrei potuto effettuare una recensione.

BAD EXPERIENCE.

After various ups and downs with the courier, we are able to make the withdrawal.
The package arrives at the Udine office and after TWO WEEKS (not 5 days as specified) they make the change that was due to us.
The day the package arrives and we finally have the replacement, after less than 8 hours, THREE stones fall.
I understand that the article does not have a high value, but it is not possible that the quality is that poor. At this point I would say that the cost is still excessive for how the article performs.
1 star only because otherwise I would not have been able to make a review.
