★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena rientrati da un fine settimana a Spoleto non posso far altro che consigliare l'albergo della signora Annamaria, persona cordialissima e professionale. Location incantevole, ben tenuta e curata nei minimi particolari. L'ordine e la pulizia contraddistinguono tutti gli ambienti e il personale é gentile ed accogliente...ripeto consiglio vivamente di scegliere questa struttura.
 As soon as we have returned from a weekend in Spoleto, I can only recommend the hotel of Signora Annamaria, a very cordial and professional person. Enchanting location, well maintained and with attention to the smallest details. The order and cleanliness distinguish all the rooms and the staff is kind and welcoming ... I repeat I highly recommend choosing this structure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'albergo è ad 1 km da Spoleto. Purtroppo la strada che lo collega alla città non ha un marciapiede e quindi è meglio andare con l'auto fino al parcheggio a pagamento.
La proprietaria è molto gentile e premurosa. Il livello di pulizia è eccellente, la camera arredata in modo funzionale, il wifi funziona bene. La colazione è di buona qualità.
Ampio parcheggio in cortile (anche in parte coperto).
The hotel is 1 km from Spoleto. Unfortunately, the road that connects it to the city does not have a sidewalk and therefore it is better to go by car to the paid parking lot.
The owner is very kind and caring. The level of cleanliness is excellent, the room functionally furnished, the wifi works well. The breakfast is of good quality.
Ample parking in the courtyard (even partially covered).
