★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto gentile, ma secondo me vale solo una stella, la colazione dalle 8:30 in poi che in tutti i posti e alle 7 e anche molto scarsa, wfi che ci va un diploma a farlo funzionare, camere senza TV senza bide senza frigo senza cassaforte senza asciuga capelli, il riscaldamento che non funziona poca pressione d acqua nella doccia le luci fanno poca luce, i muri sottili che si sente il il vicino a russare ho parlare e i letti scomodissimi, l'unica cosa bella i 2 accessi l accesso esterno indipendente e l interno che è collegato con cortile e posto auto, anche se un po disastrato il parcheggio è un po disordinato, le camere sono pulite il ristorante e bello e ordinato ma è un po caro come prezzi sia a mangiare che a dormire, riguardo a come si mangia non saprei non ho provato ma le recensioni sono negative, una camera matrimoniale con solo una coperta e un cuscino un po male organizzati, penso possa bastare.
Very nice staff, but in my opinion it is only worth one star, breakfast from 8:30 onwards which in all places and at 7 is also very poor, wfi that there is a diploma to make it work, rooms without TV without bidet without fridge no safe no hair dryer, the heating does not work little water pressure in the shower the lights are poorly lit, the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbor snoring I speak and the beds are very uncomfortable, the only nice thing are the 2 accesses the access independent exterior and the interior which is connected to the courtyard and parking space, even if a little disastrous the parking is a bit messy, the rooms are clean the restaurant is nice and tidy but it is a bit expensive as prices for both eating and sleeping, regarding I don't know how to eat, I haven't tried it but the reviews are negative, a double room with just a blanket and a pillow a little badly organized, I think that is enough.

Esperienza non proprio soddisfacente.
Il personale gentile ma non sempre presente ed attento in sala.
Menù con poca scelta e con pochi piatti della tradizione. Essendo una delle zone piemontesi più rinomate ( dichiarata Patrimonio dell' UNESCO) mi sarei aspettata quel qualcosa in più.
Buono, comunque l'antipasto misto e la Torta di Nocciole, deludente la Sella di Vitello, accompagnata da un misero contorno, che assolutamente non ne giustificava il costo!
Rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente ALTO per l'offerta proposta.
Non credo ci torneremo!
On a visit to Serralunga d 'Alba we stopped for lunch at this restaurant.
Not really satisfying experience.
The staff are polite but not always present and attentive in the dining room.
Menu with little choice and with few traditional dishes. Being one of the most famous Piedmont areas (declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site) I would have expected that little bit more.
Good, however, the mixed appetizer and the Hazelnut Cake, the saddle of veal disappointing, accompanied by a poor side dish, which absolutely did not justify the cost!
Definitely HIGH quality / price ratio for the proposed offer.
I don't think we'll be back!

Our room had a stunning view on the vineyards and the castle. It was quiet, simple and clean.
Food is full of flavor, traditional and it comes in generous portions (recommended raw meat and tajarin, as well as bonet for dessert). The terrace overlooking the main square and the hills makes every dish even more delicious.
