★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon rapporto qualità prezzo …unica pecca ….i primi piatti con porzioni davvero minime …se posso dare un consiglio la panna sui dolci cercate di farla voi senza comprarla già fatta .in ogni caso 33 euro X il menu degustazione non è male ….con qualche piccolo accorgimento salute di sicuro di punteggio

L'unica pecca è che al telefono ci hanno detto di non avere posto, poi quando ci siamo presentati comunque il posto a sedere c'era.
In ogni caso consiglio la carne cruda, molto buona.
 Really great restaurant.
The only flaw is that on the phone we were told not to have room, then when we showed up the seat was there anyway.
In any case I recommend the raw meat, very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto è molto carino. I piatti deliziosi, tipici della tradizione ma con tante peculiarità. Il personale è gentile e ben preparato. Ti senti un po' come in famiglia. I prezzi buoni. Bravi davvero, ci tornerò ogni volta che posso.
The place is very nice. The delicious dishes, typical of the tradition but with many peculiarities. The staff are polite and well trained. You feel a bit like family. Good prices. Really good, I will go back every time I can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena riusciamo torniamo sempre volentieri in questo ristorante ( che ci avevano consigliato persone del posto). Cibo di qualità altissima e sul vino che dire.....siamo nelle Langhe!!! Faraona alle prugne consigliatissima così come i dolci. Molto gentile il personale, attento e discreto. Rapporto qualità prezzo elevatissimo.
As soon as we can, we always go back to this restaurant (which locals recommended to us). Very high quality food and what about wine ..... we are in the Langhe !!! Guinea fowl with plums highly recommended as well as desserts. Very kind staff, attentive and discreet. Very high quality / price ratio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menù tipico del territorio, a prezzi abbastanza onesti. Anni fa ci si trovava meglio.
La location non è delle migliori.
Antipasto buono (tris e carne cruda), primo nella norma. Il secondo, il coniglio, l'ho trovato un po' secco; non capisco perché il secondo con verdure mi sia stato portato dentro una terrina e mi sia stato servito nel piatto, per poi vedersi portare via la terrina subito dopo con il restante avanzo sparito chissà dove: strategia? Quindi servizio non proprio al top. Non tornerei.

The location is not the best.
Good appetizer (trio and raw meat), first in the norm. The second, the rabbit, I found a bit dry; I do not understand why the second course with vegetables was brought to me in a bowl and served on the plate, only to be taken away immediately afterwards with the rest disappeared who knows where: strategy? So service not really at the top. I would not go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cena domenicale per due, ambiente tipico di una trattoria un po’ anziana. Cibo buono ma senza “wow”. Mi aspettavo più attenzione per il vino al calice che mi è stato servito con troppi residui. Porzioni abbondanti e molto gustose.
Sunday dinner for two, typical atmosphere of a slightly old trattoria. Good food but without "wow". I was expecting more attention for the wine by the glass that was served to me with too much residue. Large and very tasty portions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima esperienza. Poco dopo il centro di Monforte, verso Roddino potrete degustare piatti tipici piemontesi a costi contenuti. Alla carta o con menù da 33 euro per tutto il tavolo con 3 antipasti, solitamente carne cruda battuta al coltello, vitello tonnato e un flan di verdure caldo, un primo a scelta tra ravioli al ragù o burro e salvia, tajarin, ravioli ripieni di fonduta o con zucca e porri, a scelta un secondo quale agnello al forno, faraona con le prugne, guanciale al barolo, asparagi con uovo o assaggio formaggi e come dolce a scelta tra bunet o crème caramel, tortino al cioccolato, torta di nocciole o tarte tatin con gelato. Tutto buonissimo.
Great experience. Shortly after the center of Monforte, towards Roddino you can taste typical Piedmontese dishes at low cost. A la carte or with a 33 euro menu for the whole table with 3 appetizers, usually raw meat beaten with a knife, veal with tuna sauce and a hot vegetable flan, a first choice between ravioli with meat sauce or butter and sage, tajarin, ravioli stuffed with fondue or with pumpkin and leeks, a choice of a second course such as baked lamb, guinea fowl with plums, bacon in Barolo, asparagus with egg or cheese tasting and as a dessert of your choice between bunet or crème caramel, chocolate cake, hazelnut cake or tarte tatin with ice cream. All very good.
