E	Emanuele A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Birreria in uno dei centri storici più belli e più caratteristici della bassa sabina , un punto di ritrovo importante per il paese, non comodissimo da raggiungere per dove è situato , carino se passi da lì sicuramente ti fermi , secondo me se vogliono arrivare a cinque stelle devono avere degli accorgimenti , per me importanti , visto che stanno in sabina dove ci sono delle ottime materie prime è chi frequenta Casperia le conoscono bene i piatti di accompagnamento dovrebbero essere composto da quelle materie prime , specialmente le bruschette .....fatele con l'olio di Casperia per favore ......... Birre in bottiglia. vino, antipasti e altro, un piccolo pub, molto tranquillo.Consigliato per coppie che vengono a passare week end in agriturismo, con serate di musica dal vivo, un bel camino che riscalda l'ambiente e anche il cuore. Quelli che scegliamo ci vengono serviti con del pane che si sbriciola appena lo si tocca, poggiati su un tagliere di legno senza nemmeno un foglio di carta paglia e senza forchetta, alla fine avevamo una poltiglia che non sapevamo come mangiare. Peccato perché il sapore non era male. Sul tavolo neppure una tovaglietta di carta. Buona la birra.
