Il proprietario è gentile, la colazione è da migliorare offrendo prodotti da forno freschi. The structure is made of stone like the historic center of Castel del Monte. The rooms are furnished in an essential way with the particularity of having a shower in the room. The owner is nice, the breakfast is to be improved by offering fresh baked goods.

Sicuramente da tornarci. Il timballo troppa massa ma la carne di agnello molto buona. I titolari sono simpatici e accontentano il cliente Characteristic restaurant managed not by indigenous people but still of quality. Ottima e abbondante colazione! La locanda stupenda, cucina a vista, informale ed elegante come a casa. Diomede il cuoco ci ha deliziato con tante e differenti pietanze tutte homemade, ottime e abbondanti, per non parlare del cenone del 31! Infine i proprietari, Emanuele e Lino, persone deliziose, osti attenti, gentilissimi e disponibili. Consigliamo vivamente la struttura. Ottima location invernale ed estiva, Castel del Monte è un vero Gioiello del Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso e Monti della Lega. We stayed three days for New Years, a discovery! An enchanting place, the beautifully renovated residence, intimate and welcoming rooms. Excellent and abundant breakfast! The wonderful inn, open kitchen, informal and elegant like at home. Diomede the cook delighted us with many and different dishes all homemade, excellent and abundant, not to mention the dinner on the 31st! Finally the owners, Emanuele and Lino, delightful people, attentive hosts, very kind and helpful. We highly recommend the structure. Excellent winter and summer location, Castel del Monte is a real jewel of the Gran Sasso and Monti della Lega National Park.

E.g. we asked for soy milk for our cappuccinos and our host immediately went to a shop to get some. At night in the newly opened bar (which btw has a great selection of beers) we were offered to try some of the host's homecooked dinner. The rooms are clean and very nicely designed, the prices are perfectly alright.

Plenty of hot water and strong shower pressure. Managers also own a pub/restaurant nearby where Rino and Emmanuelle took such good care of us! Definitely the best place to eat in Castel del Monte :)
