β β β β β All ok. A great covered parking for a fair price.
We booked and payed the parking space in advance on myparking.it for cca 24 h. We found the garage easily with Google Maps. The entrance is small and you have to pay attention not to drive past it. Please note that the car keys must be left if the staff has to move the car. The staff was helpful with indications and they gave us a small map for the city centre.
I reccomend!

β β β β β If you look for a good plan to park in Florence without ruining you, this is the place! Public parkings are more expensive. We found a really good price by pre-booking online (30 minutes before arriving).
The car is safely guarded, and the people are friendly and helpful! You can ask for a little fee to have your car washed, or wash it yourself. Thumb up for the advices workers gave us on visiting the Chianti. Bus stop are nearby to join the city center. Be careful, bus tickets can only be purchased in tabaccheria (since covid, bus drivers don't sell it), and depending of the hour and the day, everything can be closed. We had to walk 40 minutes to join the city center. Other solution is to find the nearest tram station.

Car kept safely, ready and waiting when we arrived to collect.
Price reasonable, but I believe you need to prebook a space before arriving.

β β β β β By far the best option to park in Florence! I'll be honest, it was the most affordable by a landslide, so I went in a little dubious. That being said they went above and beyond my expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful, not to mention honest. The facility was clean, safe, and well maintained. I've traveled extensively through Italy and have yet to experience customer service on par with this place. Highly recommend.
