Perdetevi tra i filari di piante autoctone, viti e ulivi, scoprendo i resti di antichi insediamenti, apiari, tombe e cisterne. Lasciatevi incantare dalle opere d'arte disseminate intorno ai resti della vecchia cava: Loredana, meravigliosa padrona di casa vi racconterà aneddoti su come sono nate e storie sugli artisti che le hanno create. Affidatevi allo chef Roi, che con la raffinata semplicità dei prodotti locali sazierà corpo ed anima. Cosa mi manca di Stallaini? Il profumo dolce dell'aria, carico di timo selvatico e salvia, di artemisia e finocchio. La luce morbida che si insinua tra le statue e i fiori di mille colori. I gattini, i somarelli, il ronzio ipnotico delle api. Insomma questo posto vi aprirà un buco nel cuore che niente potrà colmare.
 A place that is much more than magical, which puts you back in line with the universe. Lose yourself among the rows of native plants, vines and olive trees, discovering the remains of ancient settlements, apiaries, tombs and cisterns. Let yourself be enchanted by the works of art scattered around the remains of the old quarry: Loredana, the wonderful hostess will tell you anecdotes about how they were born and stories about the artists who created them. Rely on chef Roi, who with the refined simplicity of local products will satiate body and soul. What do I miss about Stallaini? The sweet scent of the air, full of wild thyme and sage, of mugwort and fennel. The soft light that creeps between the statues and the flowers of a thousand colors. The kittens, the donkeys, the hypnotic buzz of the bees. In short, this place will open a hole in your heart that nothing can fill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un posto magico, ricco di arte, cultura e serenità. I proprietari sono quel tipo di persone con cui, fermarsi a chiacchierare, ti permette di tornare a casa più ricco di prima. Cibo a km 0 e sapienza nella creazione delle pietanze, cosa si desidera di più?
A magical place, rich in art, culture and serenity. Owners are the kind of people who, stopping to chat with, allows you to go home richer than before. 0 km food and wisdom in the creation of dishes, what more could you want?

Semplicemente, una bellissima esperienza di agriturismo.
Amore e conoscenza del territorio; cucina consapevole e genuina; persone interessanti, affabili, piacevoli.
E poi la piscina è spettacolare.
P.S. Ho letto altre recensioni: è vero, girando intorno alla struttura, che sorge in un ex cava, qualche dettaglio fuori posto si può trovare, ma penso sia più che accettabile considerando lo spirito dell'agriturismo.

Quite simply, a beautiful farmhouse experience.
Love and knowledge of the area; conscious and genuine cuisine; interesting, personable, pleasant people.
And then the swimming pool is spectacular.
P.S. I have read other reviews: it is true, going around the structure, which is located in a former quarry, some out of place details can be found, but I think it is more than acceptable considering the spirit of the farm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manuela and her family are amazing. Just in a minute after you arrive you will feel like at home. The tour is not just tasting but they will also show you how grapes, olives and many other plants are growing. And last but not least - after the tour you can enjoy swimming in a pool

If you are looking for a warm welcome, to be hosted by artistic and creative souls and to be immersed in a local experience then this is the place for you.
This agriturismo experience is not commercial in any way. I did not want to go to agriturismo at first for this reason. I thought this is some tourist trap masked as something personal and hip. But this was not at all the case.
Being in the presence of Manuela and her parents Lordena and Roy was immensely fun, joyous, tasty and even healing. This life which they live was a gentle reminder to us (my partner and I) who live in the city of other ways of living. Ones which are calmer and with rhythms you can actually keep up with.
Apart from all this, it was so lovely to go around smelling herbs, shaping pasta and tasting AMAZING grappas :) I am grateful I did not have to drive haha!
Thank you Stallaini Family! May you receive double, triple, quadruple of what you are giving to the community.
