Io e dei miei amici abbiamo preso la carne di qui per una grigliata, la carne in sé era molto buona e per la quantità che ci hanno dato abbiamo speso anche poco, l'unico difetto è stata il modo in cui è stata tagliata, essa è stata tagliata poco uniformemente e questo si poteva vedere soprattutto sulla costata, in una parte la carne era spessa circa mezzo centimetro nella parte opposta 4cm circa, ciò ha creato un po' di problemi per il come cuocerla, ma come ha detto la signora, se riesci a cucinarla bene è molto buona come carne.

My friends and I took the meat from here for a barbecue, the meat itself was very good and for the quantity they gave us we spent even little, the only flaw was the way it was cut, it it was cut unevenly and this could be seen above all on the rib, in one part the meat was about half a centimeter thick in the opposite part about 4cm, this created a bit of problems for how to cook it, but as the lady said, if you can cook it well it is very good as meat.
