Lovely place where as soon as you enter you feel the scents of the past, recalling (as far as I am concerned) the memories of my childhood .... with attention to detail, very clean, a place where for real you can switch off and live moments of true relaxation ... the very friendly owners kind attentive to the needs of the guests ..... we will come back with pleasure .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il complesso di Masseria Saittole Grande a Carpignano Salentino è un esempio di masseria che si articola attorno ad un cortile centrale che fungeva da luogo comune di lavoro, ma anche da grande ovile e riparo per gli animali.
Il corpo principale si articola su due piani, con i locali del piano terra destinati a magazzini e il piano superiore pensato per ospitare l’abitazione del proprietario. Adiacente al cortile centrale si trova una piccola abitazione, forse dei contadini, mentre un locale di recente costruzione, adibito a riparo per gli animali, testimonia della vocazione al pascolo della masseria. Oggi ospita una struttura agrituristica molto suggestiva.
The complex of Masseria Saittole Grande in Carpignano Salentino is an example of a farm that is articulated around a central courtyard that served as a common place of work, but also as a large sheepfold and shelter for animals.
The main body is divided into two floors, with the ground floor rooms intended for warehouses and the upper floor designed to house the owner's home. Adjacent to the central courtyard there is a small house, perhaps of the peasants, while a recently built room, used as a shelter for animals, testifies to the farm's vocation for grazing. Today it houses a very suggestive farmhouse.

Masseria Saittole posto incantevole immersa nella campagna pugliese attorniata da ulivi.
Fin da subito Fausto e Federica ci hanno accolto e fatti sentire come a casa.
La camera a nostra disposizione era spaziosa e confortevole , arredata in modo semplice.
La pulizia perfetta grazie a Tatiana .
La masseria si trova in un posto molto comodo per raggiungere le spiagge e calette più belle.
Sicuramente ritorneremo.

Relax and nature
Masseria Saittole enchanting place immersed in the Apulian countryside surrounded by olive trees.
Right from the start Fausto and Federica welcomed us and made us feel at home.
The room at our disposal was spacious and comfortable, simply furnished.
Perfect cleaning thanks to Tatiana.
The farm is located in a very convenient place to reach the most beautiful beaches and coves.
We will certainly return.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely little Masseria in the heart of Puglia. Run by a family, it’s got a beautifully tranquil and authentic feel to it. Our room was what I can only guess an old store as had minimal windows, this meant we slept very well as no light waking us up! The family put on breakfast each morning and come out to chat and are a source of information for local restaurants and beaches - invaluable when things are busy and it’s a small area. With only a few rooms to the the pool and breakfast never felt crowded. It’s well situated to access some of the best beaches in Puglia and local towns.
