Quella volta dal signor Gianvito ho comprato 50 litri, oggi a distanza di 2 anni ne ho comprati 60. E' difficile trovare un olio buono, nei supermercati troviamo olio con diciture "olio italiano" ma in realtà sono grandi distributori con grosse produzioni. Nella maggior parte, le olive non sono tutte italiane. La spremitura non è a freddo, perchè l'importanza non è il prodotto, ma fatturare. Al frantoio Negro Valiani Il loro olio viene spremuto a freddo, quindi mantiene inalterate le caratteristiche nutrizionali, conservando intatte le proprietà e i benefici e soprattutto è olio al 100% italiano! Il responsabile è una persona gentilissima, abbiamo fatto una visita al frantoio con un esperta del mestiere! Tanti piccoli curiosità, tanti consigli per la conservazione del olio, tutti domande sono state esaudite! Poi assaggiando l'olio, fai la differenza tra i gusti. C'è anche un piccolo assortimento dei cosmesi, prodotti con olio e altri condimenti speciali per preparazioni in cucina. Olio è buono anche a distanza di un anno! Di passaggio a Presicce in vacanza fuori stagione, ho voluto visitare questa Azienda Olearia di cui mi onoro di essere cliente. Ho incontrato il proprietario Gianvito che gentilmente mi ha dedicato il suo tempo a raccontarmi tante cose interessanti sulla realtà della coltivazione degli ulivi e sulla produzione dell'olio d'oliva. Lo ascoltavo con molto interesse e curiosità poiché tutte le descrizioni sull'argomento appartenevano a un mondo che io non conoscevo e di cui io adesso ho il piacere di conoscere qualcosa. Interessante poi vedere il frantoio e tutte le attrezzature e macchinari utili al processo di produzione dell'olio. Olio che già io conoscevo e che ho assaggiato anche sul posto. Decisamente uno dei migliori oli d'oliva che uno possa mettere sul proprio tavolo in cucina. La qualità eccelsa prima di tutto. Grazie Gianvito. visit to the Negro Valiani company, January 2021. Oltre a vari oli, sia naturali che aromatizzati, ci sono creme per la pelle ed altri articoli tra i quali una bella varietà di marmellate. Lo scorso anno ci ha fatto anche visitare il frantoio illustrandoci, con dovizia di particolari, il processo di produzione dell'olio.
