Inconsciamente ho buttato lo scontrino del pagamento per cui non posso chiedere il rimborso ma questo errore da parte dell'azienda non è tollerabile. They should cost 22 Euro each but they sell it at 30 Euro and when being asked, they were very impatient and told us it was a full package, no other option, no further explanation and gave us 2 maps ( which were useless) for the extra money we paid. Really?

We activated them at the railway station rendering them immediately invalid. We had to buy 3 more tickets, doubling the expense. Seeing as we were at a train station, it was right to assume that they could be used for the train. There is no explanation on the tickets as to how they are to be used and the person selling tickets didn't enlighten us. We wasted 60 euro as they were rendered useless when used on the train. Go to the rail ticket outlets, because Agenzie 365 are happy to take your money and not give a refund. Pictures on the wall are misleading. GO ELSEWHERE
