A very calm young boy prepared the tickets for Pisa. The commission is low considering the full service offered by this agency which also performs the task of ticketing for the Railways.

5 minutes of waiting before being accepted because the employee was on the phone for a private call. Slow searches and through agencies outside the phone. I did not find what I was looking for and there were no alternative proposals. Never again.
