Molto curata é la presentazione: é come se stessi mangiando dei piccoli bijoux contenuti in un elegante portagioie. Consigliatissimo! Excellent combination of flavor and elegance. Desserts suitable for every type of palate: from classic to innovative and more refined flavors, all carefully balanced. The presentation is very accurate: it is as if you were eating small bijoux contained in an elegant jewelry box. Highly recommended!

Per me che sono un appassionato della nocciole trovo la torta Pirouette molto buona, croccante al punto giusto e sapore ben bilanciato. Purtroppo, alla vigilia di Pasqua, dopo avere telefonato per chiedere se realizzavano colombe di pasticceria, ne abbiamo acquistata una, che si è rivelata essere prodotta in un laboratorio differente. All'assaggio era quasi priva di canditi, asciutta e senza la fragranza tipica di un buon prodotto di pasticceria. Mio marito l'ha riportata in negozio, e dopo un paio di giorni è stato contattato dal titolare, che ha detto che il dolce era prodotto sì esternamente ma su loro indicazioni, che senz'altro la scarsa qualità dipendeva dal fatto che, secondo lui, l'avevamo conservata male....nonostante l'avessimo avuta per due giorni. Ci ha offerto di passare in negozio per ricevere un omaggio in compensazione: la colomba costava 35 euro, ci è stato offerto un sacchettino di tartufi di cioccolato da due etti, senza una parola di cortesia. The pastries are extra fresh, as they prepare them in small batches and display in a refrigerated glass case. We sometimes visit the shop from Milan just to savour their “little jewels” . Hats off to you all guys, from your devoted Japanese & Italian fans!
