E quando chiedi delucidazioni relative ai tempi d’attesa si infastidiscono dicende che i clienti vanno in escandescenza quando c’è da attendere. Ho aspettato 50 minuti senza riuscire a fare il biglietto aereo. Senza parole. Capisco che può essere impegnativa l’organizzazione di un viaggio per un cliente che spende ma.... incrementare la copertura del turno lavorativo con una persona che si occupa delle cose più veloci??? No??? Prima e ultima volta che ci metto piede. Negative experience! You come in and they don't greet you. Endless waits. And when you ask for clarifications regarding waiting times, they get annoyed that it says that customers go crazy when there is to wait. I waited 50 minutes without being able to get the plane ticket. Without words. I understand that organizing a trip for a client who spends, but .... increasing the coverage of the work shift with a person who takes care of faster things can be challenging ??? No??? First and last time I set foot there.

Per non parlare poi della sua gentilezza e simpatia che sono uniche!Anche nei viaggi precedenti mi sono rivolta a questa agenzia e sono sempre rimasta soddisfatta, per cui la consiglio perché accontentano in tutto il cliente!Sono eccezionali!!! Travel agency really excellent and qualified, with friendly staff and always ready to meet the needs of the customer, always looking for ways to satisfy the various requests! A special applause to Mrs. Gridelli who was truly exceptional in 'organizing my trip to New York with an accurate and detailed research in everything I wanted! Not to mention his kindness and sympathy that are unique! Even on previous trips I turned to this agency and I was always satisfied, so I recommend it because they are happy with the whole customer!
M	Monica c on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono molto arrabbiata e delusa poi ho letto le brutte recensioni ed ho capito, nn sono stata io permalosa e indisposta ma la brutta persona è stata proprio leiii!!!!!! Purtroppo credo che mi sia capitata la persona incompetente di cui molti parlano sopra.. nn credo proprio siano così tutte e tre io, nn vado spesso in agenzia ma questa persona era scocciata e faceva facce di sufficienza. Avevo accennato che il biglietto aereo più auto a noleggio mi sembrava troppo.. nn avevo capito che era un totale X due quello nn é il suo lavoro ci vuole tatto e pazienza con la gente e sorridere un po’ nn avere quell’aria accigliata e di superiorità!!! sicuramente dovrebbe fare il muratore. Nn ci andrò più fortuna che poi ho provato in un’altra agenzia e ho trovato tanta gentilezza e disponibilità .(oltretutto pagato meno). Dalla scortesia che ha avuto e da come sono arrabbiata vorrei descriverla ma mi trattengo. I am very angry and disappointed then I read the bad reviews and I understood, I was not touchy and indisposed but the bad person was just her !!!!!! Unfortunately I believe that the incompetent person that many talk about happened to me .. I don't think so all three are like that, I don't often go to the agency but this person was annoyed and made faces of enough. I mentioned that the air ticket plus car rental seemed too much to me .. I didn't realize it was a total X two what is not his job it takes tact and patience with people and smile a little nn having that frowning air of superiority !!! surely he should be a bricklayer. Nn I will go there more luck than I then tried in another agency and I found so much kindness and availability (moreover paid less). From the rudeness that he had and from how angry I would like to describe it but I restrain myself.

Non ci hanno nemmeno salutato e dopo 5 minuti di attesa ci dicono che oggi non potevano seguirci perche avevano un appuntamento e poi dovevano stacccare... ma almeno potevano darci un appuntamento per un altro giorno. .. abbiAmo salutao e loro con freddezza ci hanno salutato... bho non mi sembra molto professionale We went in to book 8 flights plus a week's holiday for 3. They didn't even greet us and after 5 minutes of waiting they tell us that today they couldn't follow us because they had an appointment and then they had to leave ... but at least they could give us an appointment for another day. .. we say goodbye and they greeted us coldly ... bho doesn't seem very professional to me

Ho già organizzato 3 viaggi con loro e mi sono stati vicini anche nelle occasioni di indennità (assicurazione furto cellulare) Ottimo servizio al giusto prezzo. Excellent agency in the Befane shopping center. I have already organized 3 trips with them and they have been close to me even on indemnity occasions (cell phone theft insurance) Great service at the right price.

M	Mario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, un’agenzia che secondo il mio modesto parere dovrebbe chiudere perché applicano dei prezzi maggiorati e ti vogliono vendere a tutti i costi delle assicurazioni non richieste e superflue per una partenza immediata…da evitare…spero che chiudano presto. Bad service, an agency that in my humble opinion should close because they charge higher prices and want to sell you unsolicited and superfluous insurance at all costs for an immediate departure ... to be avoided ... I hope they close soon.
