★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Мало того, что старая кошелка перепутала номер станции в квитанции, откуда нас забирать(хотя на карте уточнили ее напротив отеля), так еще и упорно 50 раз тупо повторяла, что нас там не было, хотя при прозвоне в отель(вписанный в квитанцию!!!) на ресепшен, ей ясно сказали, что мы вышли вовремя и ждем, где нам и сказали.
Хотите потерять день, разрушить планы и испортить настроение от хамства и лжи, Вам сюда!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Агенство понравилось. Заказывали у них экскурсию по Риму. Автобус довольно комфортабельный ,но шесть часов в одну сторону все же многовато. Также в автобусе не работал телевизор и развлекали пассажиры себя кто как мог. Но все неудобства от дороги компенсировались прогулкой по городу. Гид по Риму Ольга провела очень увлекательную экскурсию. Я узнал много нового и интересного. Скучать не пришлось. Рекомендую.
I liked the agency. They ordered a tour of Rome from them. The bus is quite comfortable, but six hours one way is still a bit too much. Also, the TV did not work on the bus and passengers entertained themselves as best they could. But all the inconvenience from the road was offset by a walk around the city. Guide to Rome Olga had a very exciting tour. I learned a lot of new and interesting things. I didn’t have to get bored. Recommend.
