★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilissimi e disponibili, ho prenotato un TAXI per mia mamma che arrivava a Rimini in treno, ho chiesto un servizio aggiuntivo per accoglierla sulla banchina del treno e trasportare le valige. Sono stati affidabili e puntuali, servizio davvero gradito e utile soprattutto per persone anziane o con difficoltà. Di certo li richiamerò per le prossime volte.
Very kind and helpful, I booked a TAXI for my mother who arrived in Rimini by train, I asked for an additional service to welcome her on the train platform and carry the bags. They were reliable and punctual, a very welcome and useful service especially for elderly people or people with difficulties. I will certainly call them back for the next few times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can give zero out of 5 starts I will. The worst service ever. One of your staff an old guy was very rude (I was told his name was Ernesto), he was yelling at me and talking to me in a condescending way for asking him a question. He was also - moments before that- treating his colleague a young blonde girl really bad (as if she was an idiot). He was yelling at her because she also asked him a question on how to do something on her computer (i understood she was a new staff). He has ZERO knowledge about customer service, public relations and MOST IMPORTANTLY respect for women. Who does he think he is? His behaviour should not be tolerated and people like that should not be working at a tourist company. I prefer to walk on foot to bologna than to book with a company that hires really low standards of staff.
