Clienti modello, ho scontrini che in 3 anni superano i 6000 euro di acquisti.... ed ho 27, ripeto 27 SCONTRINI DI RIPARAZIONI DI BRACCIALI E COLLANE acquistate da loro che puntualmente si rovinano.... detto ciò, fino ad ora non ho pubblicato per 2 motivi. 1. Le commese stragentili e innocenti che non sanno più dove mettere la faccia quando ci vedono entrare 2. Il buon senso che ci impone di pensare al fatto xhe col covid le aziende fanno già una gran fatica. Oggi però scrivo poiché, A PAGAMENTO, per la precisione a peso d'oro 18 kt ( e intendete molto bene questa mia specifica) decidiamo di allungare questo braccialetto per ritrovarlo, esattamente 18 giorni dopo, SENZA INDOSSARLO, con le maglie che erano state aggiunte come SCIOLTE ( vedi foto ). L'azienda si rifiuta di sostituire gratuitamente ( come se avessi a casa gli attrezzi per fondere l'oro ??? ) e come se dopo aver letteralmente regalato a loro circa 6000 euro in 3 anni 38 euro di riparazione mi potrebbero cambiare la vita..... ovviamente ignorano i miei messaggi, ignorano però anche che la cattiva pubblicità è il peggior danno che possano subire. Ovviamente adesso tutto diventa questione di principio, e tutto verrà discusso in separata sede, ma ai potenziali clienti dico OCCHIO A COSA ACQUISTATE E SOPRATTUTTO VERIFICATE. FABIANI , A MAI PIU!
