★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso il corner della Vodafone delle befane per ricevere informazioni in merito all'attivazione di internet a casa ed al cambio di gestore per il mio cellulare da Wind-tre a Vodafone, il Signor Francesco ha risposto alle mie domande in modo chiaro ed impeccabile su tutto ciò che volevo sapere esponendomi quale fosse la cosa migliore per me.
Il giorno seguente sono tornato, convinto della chiacchierata fattami con il Signor Francesco, sottoscrivendo cosi l'abbonamento alla rete WiFi e procedendo al cambio gestore del mio cellulare.
Esperienza molto positiva, complimenti per la professionalità, gentilezza e disponibilità da parte del personale.
il Signor Francesco, coadiuvato dalla Signora Giulia, si sono dimostrati ancora una volta gentilissimi nel chiarire ogni mio ultimo dubbio nell'attivarmi l'offerta permettendomi cosi di risparmiare ed essere più convinto della mia scelta.
Bravi complimenti è raro trovare del personale come voi, grazie.
 I went to the Vodafone delle befane corner to receive information regarding the activation of the internet at home and the change of operator for my mobile phone from Wind-tre to Vodafone, Mr. Francesco answered my questions clearly and flawless about everything I wanted to know by exposing myself what was best for me.
The following day I returned, convinced of the chat I had with Mr. Francesco, thus subscribing to the WiFi network and proceeding with the change of my mobile phone.
Very positive experience, congratulations for the professionalism, kindness and helpfulness of the staff.
Mr. Francesco, assisted by Mrs. Giulia, once again proved to be very kind in clearing up all my last doubts in activating the offer, thus allowing me to save money and be more convinced of my choice.
Well done it is rare to find staff like you, thank you.

Non affidatevi a loro, sono incompetenti, mi hanno assicurato che non avrebbero toccato dei servizi che erano inclusi nel vecchio contratto ma così non è stato? ora mi ritrovo con dei servizi completamente disattivati.

Fortunatamente al negozio ho trovato Giulia; una ragazza preparatissima, gentilissima, simpatica, empatia, veloce, che sa mettersi al tuo posto e consigliarti l’offerta migliore senza mai spingerti a scelte a te inutili e convenienti solo a loro… come invece spesso accade. In pochi minuti avevo tutto chiaro e pronto al passaggio ed il sorriso di Giulia mi ha colorato l’intera giornata! Brava! In certi settori trovare persone come lei è veramente raro quanto piacevole! ??
