★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un cliente 3 da molti anni. Sono stato in questo negozio per chiedere informazioni riguardo il mio contratto tel. e,distratto da altro,ho dimenticato di indossare la mascherina. Quando la signora con gli occhi chiari che lavora in questo punto vendita con tutta la sua arroganza e maleducazione ce lo ha ricordato, l'abbiamo subito indossata scusandosi più volte. Capisco la situazione drammatica e so perfettamente che ero in torto a non indossarla,e me ne scuso ancora,ma questo non giustifica l'atteggiamento estremamente scortese della commessa. Veramente di pessimo gusto. Credo che lavorare nell'accoglienza clienti non é una capacità di tutti,e per questo penso che quando non si é capaci di modi gentili e sorrisi bisognerebbe scegliere un altro lavoro.

I have been a customer 3 for many years. I have been to this shop to inquire about my contract tel. and, distracted by something else, I forgot to wear the mask. When the light-eyed lady who works in this store with all her arrogance and rudeness reminded us, we immediately wore it and apologized several times. I understand the dramatic situation and know perfectly well that I was wrong not to wear it, and I still apologize for it, but this does not justify the extremely rude attitude of the saleswoman. Really bad taste. I believe that working in customer care is not everyone's ability, and for this reason I think that when you are not capable of kind ways and smiles you should choose another job.
