★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunedi scorso mi sono recata nella sezione veterinaria dell'ats di via juvara 22, sicura di avere con loro l'appuntamento preso per fare il passaporto alla mia piccola cagnolina. Purtroppo arrivata lì, mi accorgo di aver frainteso le indicazioni e di aver segnato in effetti l'indirizzo sbagliato. Non sarei mai potuta essere oramai per tempo nell'altro punto Ats. Molto carinamente sia la signora bionda che mi ha accolto, che il collega si sono immediatamente attivati per farmi fare da loro il passaporto per Ola. Disponibili e comprensivi....qualità sempre più rare. Un grazie di cuore!!! Bravi!!
 Last Monday I went to the veterinary section of the ATS in via juvara 22, sure I had an appointment with them to get my little dog a passport. Unfortunately, arriving there, I realize that I have misunderstood the directions and have actually marked the wrong address. I would never have been able to be in the other Ats point by now. Very nicely, both the blonde lady who welcomed me and the colleague immediately took steps to have them give me the passport for Ola. Available and understanding .... increasingly rare qualities. A heartfelt thanks !!! Well done !!
