Il personale è gentile e disponibile e i locali pulitissimi. Lo consiglio! "questo esame le verrà a costare 100 euro", poi al pagamento ti dicono che invece sono 122€)... Secondariamente il medico che mi ha visitato è stato frettoloso e nel foglio della visita ha sbagliato paziente, non trovo scritto il mio nome ma il nome e il cognome del paziente che ha visitato prima... ha palesemente fatto copia e incolla cambiando solo qualche termine ma dimenticando di cambiare l'anagrafica del paziente... vergognoso. Infine, mi è capitato di fare anche esami di laboratorio e i tempi di attesa dei referti sono lunghissimi e non è un problema legato alla tipologia di esame perché lo stesso esame altrove mi è stato refertato in tempi più brevi. Ne ho usufruito per quanto riguarda l'igiene dentale e devo ammettere che c'è un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ciò che mi ha colpito, oltre alla professionalità del personale, è anche il clima di familiarità che si percepisce appena entrati. Molto attenti all'igienizzazione degli spazi comuni e non. Ne usufruisco e mi trovo soddisfatto, posto pulito e personale competente, sopratutto nessuna brutta sorpresa, mi viene da ridere quando vedo in quei centri che appaiono e scompaiono pulizia dei denti a 19,99 € prezzo che non copre nemmeno il costo del materiale. La professionalità è fondamentale quando parliamo di salute. Ho anche fatto il tampone ed il prezzo di € 140,00 non è stata una sorpresa in quanto mi è stato comunicato in anticipo e chiaramente ho dovuto attendere qualche giorno per l'esito in quanto il tampone viene inviato in laboratorio che è lo stesso che elabora tutti i tamponi ed i tempi di attesa sono dettati dal numero di analisi che giornalmente il laboratorio fa. Ciò che dice la Signora Mirella é assolutamente falso il personale é sempre lo stesso l'aria condizionata funziona perfettamente e le attrezzature sono sempre quelle anzi sono aumentate e migliorate, ma lei signora Mirella da quello che ho letto nella sua recensione sembrerebbe che lei al polispecialistico lambrate non ci sia mai stata. Non hanno più le attrezzature di prima. Va bene solo per fare il tampone Covid ma tutte le altre specialità sono completamente azzerate. Avevo avuto in passato già un’esperienza negativa con questo centro con tempi di attesa in seguito ad un esame non corrispondenti co quanto comunicatomi ma ho voluto riprovare. Suono citofono per prenotare una visita. Reception subito dopo porta entrata. Io con piccolo cane vengo immediatamente quasi aggredito verbalmente che i cani non possono entrare, chissà perché visto che la reception è due metri dalla porta ma quel che è peggio in modo scortese e non collaborativo.
