β β β β β Pessimo. Esami del sangue, all'accettazione sbagliano a registrare il nome, inizia l'inferno. Mi dicono che devo far correggere il nome all'impiegata. Torno in accettazione, spiego all'impiegata il problema e mi dice di averlo risolto. Peccato che non aveva capito niente, il nome doveva essere corretto anche sull'etichette. Disperata dall'incompetenza dell'operatrice, ho annullato tutto e sono scappata via. Non ci si puΓ² fidare di certa leggerezza. Sono contenta per tutti gli altri che hanno fatto gli esami del sangue, per loro Γ¨ andato tutto liscio. Mai piΓΉ auxologico.
 Bad. Blood tests, on admission they fail to register the name, hell begins. They tell me that I have to have the employee correct the name. I go back to acceptance, I explain the problem to the employee and he tells me he has solved it. Too bad he didn't understand anything, the name had to be correct on the label as well. Desperate for the operator's incompetence, I canceled everything and ran away. Certain lightness cannot be trusted. I'm happy for everyone else who took the blood tests, everything went smoothly for them. No more auxological.

β β β β β La struttura Γ¨ divisa in piΓΉ edifici, le indicazioni sono molto chiare e non si corre il rischio di girare a vuoto. I miei complimenti allo staff medico e alle ragazze dell'accettazione radiologia, davvero molto gentili e professionali.
Devo dire ottima pulizia.
The structure is divided into several buildings, the indications are very clear and there is no risk of going around in circles. My compliments to the medical staff and the radiology admissions girls, really very kind and professional.
I must say excellent cleaning.

A Milano una struttura altamente professionale, con una equipe medica molto attenta, sotto la guida e supervisione del del Professore, senza mai mancare di umanitΓ . Encomiabile il lavoro di ricerca e l'aiuto vero che cosΓ¬ si fornisce a tutte le persone affette da patologie cardiache rare che meritano un approfondimento genetico per una diagnosi e cura. Tutto ciΓ² con il Sistema Sanitario Nazionale Italiano e questo davvero non Γ¨ poco. Livelli davvero alti, per realtΓ che andrebbero sempre valorizzate. Grazie a tutto il personale, compresa l'accoglienza ed il desk delle prenotazioni!
Really heartfelt THANKS to Prof. Peter J. Schwartz director of the Auxologico Genetic Arrhythmias Center in via Pier Lombardo. In Milan a highly professional structure, with a very attentive medical team, under the guidance and supervision of the Professor, without ever lacking in humanity. The research work and the real help that is thus provided to all people suffering from rare heart diseases that deserve a genetic study for a diagnosis and treatment are commendable. All this with the Italian National Health System and this is really no small thing. Really high levels, for realities that should always be valued. Thanks to all the staff, including the welcome and the reservations desk!

β β β β β All'ingresso il personale fa uno screening con misurazione temperatura e gel per mani. Ti aiuta a prendere l'evitacode opportuno.
Si esce da una porta differente.
At the entrance the staff does a screening with temperature measurement and hand gel. Helps you take the timely avoidance.
You go out through a different door.

β β β β β I went personally to make prenotation. They told NO NEED FOR PRENOTATION, come in the morning for analyses. I came two days later and they told me SCUSA, SIGNORA, SI DEVE PRENOTARE. Disrespect and lack of profesionalism. So, nice hospital and architecture does not mean that they are organized. ZERO.
